Modifying humidity and convection to glabrous tissue to control metabolism
Systems and methods for affecting metabolism, such as the treatment of metabolic syndrome are disclosed. A method for treating metabolic syndrome can include one or more of the steps including identifying a region of the patient comprising glabrous tissue; positioning the region of the patient comprising glabrous tissue into an enclosed chamber; adjusting the relative humidity of the enclosed chamber sufficient to create a physiologic metabolic effect; and activating a convection fan within the chamber to promote heat transfer from the glabrous tissue. The method need not involve altering the temperature within the enclosed chamber.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR THERAPEUTIC GAS TREATMENT
A handheld therapeutic apparatus and method of treatment are disclosed. In one example, the apparatus includes a valve system, a detachable gas cartridge housing unit that houses a gas cartridge or gas delivery from an outside gas cylinder in fluid communication with said valve system, a detachable treatment receptacle for the delivery of gas therapies is in fluid communication with said valve system, and a detachable nozzle in fluid communication with said valve system.

Genital Steaming Assembly
A genital steaming assembly includes a heating unit that is positionable on a support surface. A canister is removably coupled to the heating unit such that the canister is in thermal communication with the heating unit. Fluid is poured into the canister such that the heating unit can heat the fluid into a steam. A box is provided and the box is positionable over the heating unit for has a user to sit upon the box. The box has a steam opening therein to direct the steam onto the user's genitalia for therapeutic purposes. The box is collapsible between a deployed position and a collapsed position. Moreover, the box completely surrounds the heating unit to capture the steam for directing onto the user's genitalia.
PEDICURE CHAIR ASSEMBLY WITH BASIN FOR STEAM BATH AND HEATING
A pedicure chair with a basin for receiving a quantity of water therein. An autofill system can be incorporated with the basin to automatically manage spillover. The auto fill system can have a controller, a water supply valve, and a water level sensor. The water level sensor can be a proximity sensor attached externally of the basin. The water level sensor can send a signal to a controller when the water level sensor detects a predetermined water level in the basin. The controller is configured to shut off the water supply to the basin by sending a signal to actuate the water supply valve. A steamer can be used with the pedicure chair to provide heat and a therapeutic steam bath.
CONTROL DEVICE OF PEBBLE BED SAUNA AND METHOD THEREOF
A pebble bed sauna structurally includes a control body arranged on the pebble bed sauna and a scanning element arranged at one side of the control body. As such, a user may use a mobile electronic device to connect with a cloud server and may carry out a transaction operation in the cloud server to generate a control code transmitted to the mobile electronic device, and a scanning element may be operated to scan the control code, so that the control body transmits a message of the control code to the cloud server to allow the cloud server to generate a control signal through the control code for transmission to the control body, allowing the control body to control an operation of the pebble bed sauna by means of the control signal. Thus, the transaction operation can be carried out efficiently to enhance convenience and efficiency of use.

PEBBLE BED SAUNA DEVICE
A pebble bed sauna device includes a bed and a covering chamber movably disposed on the bed. When a human body lies on the bed, the covering chamber may cover, totally or partly, the human body. The bed includes, arranged in sequence from bottom to top, at least one bed heat-isolation member, at least one bed heating member, a plurality of energy stone layers, and a plurality of smooth pebble layers. The covering chamber is formed of at least one surface layer, at least one bonding layer, at least one chamber heat-isolation member, at least one chamber heating member, and at least one heat isolation element that are arranged in sequence from outside to inside and is controlled, for a heating temperature thereof, by a controller arranged on the bed and electrically connected to the bed heating member and the chamber heating member.
