DEVICES AND METHODS FOR WARM GAS THERAPY
Devices and method for warm gas therapy is provided. Device comprises a gas warmer assembly to warm a first gas to a temperature in a first temperature range to obtain warm first gas. The device comprises a first delivery unit that can deliver the warm first gas to a main treatment chamber which encloses a sub-treatment chamber to retain heat therein. A second delivery unit can receive a therapeutic gas from a gas supply. The second delivery unit comprises a first portion and a second portion. The first portion substantially passes through the first delivery unit and therapeutic gas in the first portion is warmed by the warm first gas. The second portion delivers the warm therapeutic gas to a sub-treatment chamber. The sub-treatment chamber encloses a body part of a patient.

End to End Network Model for High Resolution Image Segmentation
The present disclosure provides systems and methods that leverage neural networks for high resolution image segmentation. A computing system can include a processor, a machine-learned image segmentation model comprising a semantic segmentation neural network and an edge refinement neural network, and at least one tangible, non-transitory computer readable medium that stores instructions that cause the processor to perform operations. The operations can include obtaining an image, inputting the image into the semantic segmentation neural network, receiving, as an output of the semantic segmentation neural network, a semantic segmentation mask, inputting at least a portion of the image and at least a portion of the semantic segmentation mask into the edge refinement neural network, and receiving, as an output of the edge refinement neural network, the refined semantic segmentation mask.
METHOD FOR FACILITATING CONTROL OF A BATHING UNIT SYSTEM AND CONTROL PANEL IMPLEMENTING SAME
A method and a control panel are described for facilitating the control of a bathing unit system so that the bathing unit system is caused to transition between operating in accordance with a first operational mode to operating in accordance with a second operational mode. A control signal is generated in response to a unitary user input event performed by a user at a control panel of the bathing unit system, the control signal conveying an ambiance activation command associated with a specific ambience setting, the generation of the control signal comprising selecting the specific ambience setting from a set of ambience settings stored in a memory device. The control signal is then transmitted from the control panel to the controller over a communication link where it is processed to cause the bathing unit system to transition from being in the rest mode to operating in accordance with the specific ambience setting. The method and a control panel may allow simplifying the control of the bathing unit system in order to achieve a desired total effect by allowing a user to cause the bathing unit to operate in accordance with an ambience setting by way of a unitary user input event performed at the control panel.
Steam physiotherapy mechanism
A steam physiotherapy mechanism includes a receptacle having a chamber formed in a housing, a steam pipe disposed in the housing, a steam generating device connected to the steam pipe for generating and supplying a steam into the chamber of the housing, a number of tiles disposed in the housing, and a number of retainers engaged with the tiles for anchoring the tiles in the housing, the tiles each include a number of casings each having a compartment, and one or more of the compartments of the casings are filled with an ore mud. The tiles each include a number of passages formed in the casings and communicating with the compartments of the casings.

Sauna Heating Apparatus and Methods
In one embodiment, the present invention includes an apparatus to heat a body. The apparatus includes a first and second heating element. The first heating element has a first conductive path and is coupled to pass a current. The second heating element has a second conductive path that runs adjacent to the first conductive path. The second heating element terminates an electric field produced within the first heating element. The first conductive path is coupled to redirect the current to the second conductive path and set up complimentary magnetic fields between the first and second heating elements.
HEATING SYSTEM FOR A SAUNA AND SAUNA WITH SUCH A HEATING SYSTEM
The heating system for a sauna comprises an oven and an accumulator. The heating system is electrically connectable to a mains which provides a first electrical power. The accumulator is provided to provide a second electrical power. The oven is operable with the first and second electrical powers to increase the thermal power.
Method and device for the dispensation of mists for therapeutic use
A device and associated method for the dispensation of mists for therapeutic use, comprising: a dispensing member (2) for dispensing an air flow (3) within which micronized particles of a liquid or solid therapeutic substance are dispersed; a chamber (11) having at least one inlet (12) for said air flow (3) generated by the dispensing member (2) and at least one outlet (13) for said air flow (3) present inside the chamber (11) itself; and a communication conduit (10) interposed between said dispensing member (2) and said chamber (11) in order to introduce the air flow (3) into the chamber (11) itself; said chamber (11) being switchable between an operative condition of maximum volume in which it internally defines a space (20) for containing at least one user, and a non-operative condition of minimum volume suitable for transport and/or storage.
