Cage design with modified struts including oriented fins

A sprinkler body for a rotating sprinkler includes a base securable to a source of water under pressure, a plurality of support struts connected to and extending from the base, and a deflector plate support connected to the plurality of support struts and disposed spaced from the base by the support struts. At least one of the plurality of support struts is wedge-shaped with an inward-facing apex. The support struts are configured to create a void in the water spray pattern away from a center pivot pipe and to direct the water spray downward to limit the effect of wind on the spray pattern.

Automatic reversible arc sprinkler

An automatic reversible arc assembly for a sprinkler includes a pair of primary stop members circumferentially spaced from each other by a first amount, and a pair of secondary stop members circumferentially spaced from each other by a second amount, different from the first amount. The primary stop members and the secondary stop members are coupled together and define a pivot assembly pivotable between a first position and a second position. A timer module cooperable with the pivot assembly is configured to hold the pivot assembly in the first position for a selectable period of time, after which the timer module enables the pivot assembly to pivot to the second position. The primary stop members are active in the first position, and the secondary stop members are active in the second position.

A texture material applicator and a method for applying texture material to a wall or ceiling surface to produce a desired surface texture and appearance. A selected one of several different rotary dispenser inserts is rotated within a chamber in a body of the applicator, picking up a quantity of texture material on each of a plurality of spatter elements. The spatter elements are resiliently bent by a regulator and throw bits or drops of texture material out from the chamber and radially outward through an outlet opening in the body of the applicator as the spatter elements spring away from a release edge of the regulator. Different textures may be provided by using different rotary dispenser inserts having different spatter elements differently located on the rotary dispenser.

A diffuser that diffuses a liquid and projects atomized particles into air from a housing that is detachable from a rotatable base plate. The base of the diffuser is configured with a motor for rotating the base plate and with circuitry for providing power to components in the housing. Rotation of the base plate causes rotation of the housing vent during use. Control circuitry in the base can operably control properties of the diffuser components and the vapor being dispersed by the diffuser.
