METHOD FOR PRODUCING AN OPTIMIZED COATING, AND COATING WHICH CAN BE OBTAINED USING SAID METHOD
Described herein is a method for producing at least one coating (B1) on a substrate, including provision of a coating material composition (BZ1) (1), determination of a mean filament length of filaments formed on rotational atomization of the coating material composition (BZ1) provided as per step (1) (2), reduction of the determined mean filament length (3), application of at least the coating material composition (BZ1) obtained after step (3), with reduced mean filament length, to a substrate, to form at least one film (F1) (4), and physical curing, chemical curing and/or radiation curing at least of the at least one film (F1) formed on the substrate as per step (4), to produce the coating (B1) on the substrate (5). Also described herein is a coating (B1) located on a substrate and obtainable by means of this method.
State determination device, method, program, storage medium
A state determination device determines a state of a paint device including an air motor that rotates by a supply of a gas, a rotational shaft that serves as a rotational center of the air motor, and a rotary atomizer head that is connected to the rotational shaft and sprays paint. The paint device further includes a vibration detection unit that detects a vibration of the paint device, and the state determination device includes a frequency component acquisition unit and an abnormality determination unit. The frequency component acquisition unit acquires a frequency component caused by a contact between the rotational shaft and the air motor from a detection result by the vibration detection unit. The abnormality determination unit determines whether an abnormality of the air motor exists or not based on an acquisition result by the frequency component acquisition unit.

TURBINE, FLUID-SPRAYING DEVICE, ASSOCIATED FACILITY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD
A turbine for a fluid-spraying device including a turbine body, and a rotor rotating a bowl relative to the body about an axis, the rotor being surrounded by the turbine body in a plane perpendicular to the common axis, the turbine body guiding the rotation of the rotor, the rotor being rotated by a stream of gas, the turbine body receiving the stream of gas at the outlet of the rotor, and delimiting at least one outlet duct configured to guide a first portion of the received stream into a space delimited in a plane perpendicular to the common axis by the bowl and a skirt.
ELECTROSTATIC ROTARY PROJECTOR FOR COATING PRODUCT AND SPRAYING INSTALLATION COMPRISING SUCH A PROJECTOR
An electrostatic rotary sprayer for a coating product, including a spraying cup, a body, a drive turbine assembled in the body and configured to rotate the spraying cup about an axis of rotation defined by the body. The sprayer also includes electrodes for charging the coating product sprayed by the spraying cup, these electrodes being assembled on a ring attached on the body and each supplied with high voltage through a resistance. Each resistance extends axially outside the ring and is equipped, at its end opposite the electrode that it supplies, with a first electrical connection plug on a second plug of corresponding geometry provided on the body, with a movement parallel to the axis of rotation, and in that the ring is configured to be assembled and connected on the body, or disassembled and disconnected from the body while being equipped with electrodes and resistances.
ELECTROSTATIC ROTARY PROJECTOR FOR COATING PRODUCT, SPRAYING INSTALLATION COMPRISING SUCH A PROJECTOR AND COATING METHOD USING SUCH A PROJECTOR
An electrostatic rotary sprayer for coating product including a spraying cup, a body and a drive turbine assembled in the body and configured to rotate the spraying cup about an axis of rotation defined by the body. The sprayer also includes electrodes for charging the coating product sprayed by the spraying cup, these electrodes being assembled on a ring attached on the body, and a skirt for discharging air around the cup. An annular slit, supplied by a pressurized air flow circuit with pressurized air, is defined radially between the ring and the skirt, with its outlet oriented toward the front of the sprayer.
Head and system for continuously manufacturing composite tube
A method is disclosed for additively manufacturing a composite structure. The method may include coating a continuous strand with a matrix, discharging a composite tubular structure made from the coated continuous strand, and exposing the matrix in the composite tubular structure to light to cure the matrix during discharging. The method may also include depositing a material layer onto an internal surface of the composite tubular structure as the composite tubular structure is being discharged, and wiping a squeegee over the material layer.
Double bell cup
The present invention relates to a double bell cup installed on an end portion of a painting robot to centrifugally spray paint to an object to be painted, the double bell cup comprising: an outer body having a tapered structure that becomes gradually wider from the top to the bottom, wherein the outer body has an inlet passage formed on the top side thereof, a stagnation passage formed therein to communicate with the inlet passage, and a spray passage formed on the bottom side thereof to communicate with the stagnation passage, and paint is introduced through the inlet passage and retained in the stagnation passage; and an inner body having a tapered structure that becomes gradually wider from the top to the bottom.
