An irrigation system for use with a spa includes a water heating circuit, an automatic water fill valve connected to a water source, and an irrigation pump in fluid communication with the spa through a first irrigation line and electrically connected to a power source through a switch arrangement. The irrigation pump is adapted to pump water to at least one irrigation head. The automatic water fill valve then refills the spa from the water source. The system may include a fertilizer injector, a skin-product injector, a water softener, and various sensors running through an irrigation application on a smart phone to control the irrigation system and operation of the spa. A method, device and system for displaying, via a user interface, an ambiance setting for a bathing system. The user interface is configured to display at least one display page on a display screen. The method comprises displaying on the display screen, a plurality of ambiance settings selectable by a user of the user interface, receiving, at a processor, an indication of a selected ambiance setting from the plurality of ambiance settings displayed on the display screen and in response to the selected ambiance setting, displaying on the display screen a first operational setting for at least one first type of bathing unit component and a second operational setting for at least one second type of bathing unit component. The first operational setting and the second operational setting are pre-programmed in association with the selected ambiance setting.

Water in a spa bath is heated by an air source heat pump installation 500 enclosed within a housing 502 and operable by way of a control system 520. A fan 504 draws ambient air A into the housing 502 through an air inlet 506 and thence through an evaporator 508. The air inlet 506 and the evaporator 508 each extend substantially from side to side and from top to bottom of the housing 502 and are balanced in relation to the flow or air A, being each formed with airways that in aggregate cross-sectional area are substantially the same. This reduces the drop in air pressure and hence the power required to drive the heat pump installation 500.

A fluid pump assembly is provided. The pump has a pair of units magnetically coupled to each other. The first unit contains a drive motor and a magnetic assembly. The second unit contains a magnetic assembly and a blade of a propeller/impeller for imparting movement to a fluid. As the first unit is activated by the drive motor, a magnetic flux is created which in turn rotates the magnetic assembly in the second unit, driving the blade.

A spa with integrated folding table has a spa shell portion for containing water and a table that is hingedly connected to an upper inside surface of the spa shell. When the table is not being used, the table hinges down, the table lies against an inside surface of the spa shell (e.g. substantially beneath a surface of the water). When the table is in use, the table hinges outward from the upper inside surface of the spa shell in a horizontal plane. A support has a first end hingedly connected to a lower portion of the spa shell and a distal second end for connecting to an underside surface of the table. The support provides structural support to the table when the table is extended (hinges outwardly).

Adjustable seating devices for use in a hot tub are disclosed. Example adjustable seating devices, as disclosed herein, may include multiple panels that move relative to one another and/or relative to the hot tub frame to adjust between positions. In some embodiments, one or more panels of the disclosed adjustable seating device may include jets. The disclosed adjustable seating devices may be adjusted manually, hydraulically, air-actuated, or electronically.

Systems, apparatus and methods for providing air and water to hot tub jets. The present teachings include jet assemblies, manifold assemblies, and related components, as well as methods of assembling hot tubs involving these components. In some cases, the present teachings describe the use of dual extrusion tubing to route air and water through adjacent, connected fluid conduits. In some cases, the present teachings describe a press-and-click method of connecting various components.

A movement assistance and stowage device for a spa cover that is movable relative to a spa opening from a first position at least partially occluding the spa opening, to a second position removed from the spa opening and stowed adjacent the spa body and, when stowed, the spa cover is not substantially above an upper peripheral edge of the spa body, the movement assistance and stowage device providing a mounting body secured to a side portion of the spa body and carrying a pivoting lever arm and a pivoting control lever arm, and both pivoting arms are connected to, and extend between, the mounting body and a channel bracket on a lateral peripheral edge of the spa cover, and pneumatic cylinders extend between the mounting body and lever arm to provide mechanical advantage and control to movement and stowage of the spa cover.
