ELECTROSTATIC ATOMIZING COATING APPARATUS AND COATING METHOD

An electrostatic atomizing coating apparatus and method incorporate a rotary head having a base portion, an open end and a plurality of grooves formed radially on an inner peripheral surface of the open end, an inside diameter of the rotary head increasing from the base portion toward the open end, and a motor configured to rotate the rotary head to discharge a thread-shaped paint. A voltage is applied to the rotary head so as to form an electrostatic field between the open end of the rotary head and an earthed coating target and to electrostatically atomize the thread-shaped paint discharged from the open end. Voltage output from the generator is controlled so as to adjust an intensity of the electrostatic field and to control a particle diameter of the electrostatically atomized thread-shaped paint.

A device for coating a metal strip substrate includes a guiding apparatus for guiding the strip substrate along a movement path. A first coating apparatus coats a first main side of the strip substrate with an electrostatically charged coating powder which is in a fluidized state. The first coating apparatus is arranged under a first path section of the movement path. A second coating apparatus coats a second main side of the strip substrate with an electrostatically charged coating powder which is in a fluidized state. A redirecting unit redirects the strip substrate between the first and the second coating apparatus in such a way that the strip substrate in a second path section travels oppositely to the strip substrate in the first path section. The second coating apparatus is arranged at least partly geodetically under the second path section.

Hydrate energy-storage temperature-control material and preparation method therefor

The present invention discloses a hydrate energy-storage temperature-control material and a preparation method therefor. The material includes a refrigerant hydrate and a cross-linked polymer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: first, preparing a refrigerant hydrate by using a high-pressure reactor, and conducting grinding, crushing and sieving to obtain hydrate particles; then, uniformly spraying polytetrafluoroethylene suspended ultrafine powder onto the surface of the hydrate particles by using an electrostatic spraying device, and putting the hydrate particles into a plasma instrument to modify polytetrafluoroethylene so as to allow free radicals to be formed on the polytetrafluoroethylene powder surface; finally, subjecting monomers to graft polymerization with the free radicals on the polytetrafluoroethylene surface under the irradiation of a high-pressure mercury lamp of UV lighting system to stabilize the structure of the material, preparing a final product. According to the present invention, a hydrate energy-storage temperature-control material with good stability is prepared. A method capable of preparing various types of refrigerant hydrate materials is provided. The product can give full play to the advantages of hydrate energy storage and temperature control, can be periodically used, and can be used in various fields such as building, refrigeration, etc.
