SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROVIDING COATING OPERATIONS
A coating system operations vehicle. Related methods are provided for filling a tank and operating coating equipment on a vehicle. The methods include pumping coating from containers into a tank on the vehicle and dispensing the coating for application on a surface. A method also includes removing residual coating from the containers after pumping out coating and adding the residual coating material to the tank. If the level of coating is at the desired level in the tank, a layer of water may be formed over the coating in the tank.
ELECTROSTATIC SPRAYING SYSTEM FOR AGRICULTURE
In an example, an electrostatic spray module includes a base unit formed of a sturdy, rigid, liquid impermeable, electrically insulative material and a cover formed of a sturdy, rigid, liquid impermeable, electrically insulative material and sized for covering the base unit. The base unit and the cover configured for mating engagement together so as to form a liquid impermeable, electrically insulative, protective enclosure when the module is in a closed state to keep the internal components clean and dry and prevents system form high voltage shorting and prevents leakage of current by inhibiting a high voltage from establishing a return path to ground. The spray module includes a quick access latch and gasket systemwith no tools required to open for maintenance. The module includes integral place holders for components including air supply manifold and variable voltage supply to provide a selectable high voltage level to accommodate various spraying application.
System and method for filling tanks on a customized paint vehicle
A method for filling a tank with a coating material on a vehicle. The method includes providing containers of coating material to a location of the vehicle and inserting a draw tube into one of the containers. The method also includes pumping coating material using a draw pump and into the tank on the vehicle. The method also includes removing residual coating material from the containers and adding the residual coating material to the tank. If the coating material level is not at a desired level, the inserting, pumping, removing, and adding steps are repeated with another container of coating material. If the coating material level is at the desired level, a layer of water may be formed over coating material in the tank.
ELECTROSTATIC SPRAYING SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR SAME
An electrostatic nozzle system for agricultural spraying comprising at least one additive fluid source configured to contain an additive fluid and an electrostatic nozzle assembly in communication with the at least one additive fluid source. The electrostatic nozzle assembly includes an electrostatic charging element configured to electrostatically charge the additive fluid. An agricultural product source containing an agricultural product and an agricultural product nozzle assembly in communication with the agricultural product source, the agricultural product nozzle assembly configured to dispense the agricultural product from an agricultural product nozzle orifice.
