INSTALLATION FOR THE PRODUCTION OF MINERAL WOOL AND DEVICE FOR SPRAYING A SIZING COMPOSITION, FORMING PART OF SUCH AN INSTALLATION
An annular device (20) for spraying a sizing composition onto mineral fibres (3) comprises at least one circuit (24, 26) for distributing the sizing composition and at least one spray nozzle (22) in fluid communication with the distribution circuit and arranged on the periphery of the annular spray device in order to spray the sizing composition onto the fibres that pass through the annular spray device defined by an axis of revolution (X-X). According to the invention, the sizing composition is a binder based on biosourced products, and at least one spray nozzle comprises a spray head (36) having a slot (50) through which the biosourced-product-based binder leaves the annular spray device, said slot having a rectangular cross-section such as to form a flat jet of biosourced-product-based binder.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ACTIVE ADHESIVE RECIRCULATION CONTROL
A method for controlling a recirculation pump assembly is disclosed. The method includes receiving a process-dependent characteristic and determining a recirculation flow rate of adhesive that flows to the recirculation pump assembly based on the process-dependent characteristic. The method further includes determining a recirculation pump speed of the recirculation pump assembly for pumping the adhesive to a supply channel using the recirculation flow rate, and adjusting an operating speed of the recirculation pump assembly to match the recirculation pump speed. A system and storage device for performing the above method are also disclosed.
Spray gun with a hollow needle and single stage or two stage nozzle and method for use thereof
A paint spray gun comprises a spray gun body; an air cap; and a hollow needle capable of assuming at least an open position enabling the passage of paint therethrough and a closed position; at least one air distribution channel for atomizing air; and at least one air distribution channel for fan air. A fluid spray single two stage nozzle includes first and second internal surfaces at first and second predetermined angles, respectively, with respect to a rotational axis of symmetry of the nozzle, wherein the first angled surface is proximate a forward opening of the nozzle, the second angled surface is aft of the first angled surface, the first angle is in a range of substantially 0.05 to thirty degrees, and the second angle ranges from substantially 0.1 to sixty degrees greater than that of the first angle.

Adhesive dispensing system and method
A dispenser system for applying multi-component adhesives or like substances to work surfaces in carpeting, roofing and like applications as well as a method of dispensing and applying multi-component adhesives to work surfaces.
Low-Pressure Spray Nozzle Assembly
A low-pressure spraying equipment includes a spray tip body having a top and a lower end, a handle arranged on the top of the spray tip body, and a chamfer defined at the lower end of the spray tip body. The handle further includes a spray direction indicator on a side of the handle. The spray direction indicator is designed to point to a discharge direction of the spray tip body. The spray tip body further includes a retaining shoulder and a ring collar, a mounting hole having a channel axis, a pre-atomizing component, and a tip atomizing component. The pre-atomizing component further includes a feeding channel, a pre-atomization channel, and a pre-atomization regulating channel. The feeding channel, the pre-atomization channel, and the pre-atomization regulating channel are three coaxial hollow channels sequentially defined and connected along the channel axis inside the pre-atomizing component. The feeding channel, the pre-atomization channel, and the pre-atomization regulating channel form a dumbbell-shaped hallow structure. The pre-atomizing component and the tip atomizing component are connected to each other sequentially along the channel axis, in a fluid stream direction.
System and method of delivering reactive fluids to an applicator
The present invention relates to a system of delivering at least two different reactive fluids to an applicator utilizing a pressurized gas. A method of delivery is also disclosed.
SYSTEM AND METHOD OF DELIVERING REACTIVE FLUIDS TO AN APPLICATOR
The present invention relates to a system of delivering at least two different reactive fluids to an applicator utilizing a pressurized gas. A method of delivery is also disclosed.
FLAT-JET FUEL INJECTOR FOR AN AIRCRAFT TURBINE ENGINE
A flat-jet fuel injector for an aircraft turbine engine, comprising a body having a generally elongate shape having a longitudinal axis A, the body comprising a main pipe having a generally elongate shape having a longitudinal axis B substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis A, the two longitudinal ends of the main pipe being connected directly and respectively to longitudinal ends of two secondary pipes having a generally elongate shape having a longitudinal axis C at least substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis A, and being configured to form, respectively, two separate fuel flow inlets intended to meet substantially at the middle of the main pipe which comprises at least one ejection slot for ejecting the fuel jet, wherein at least one of the main and secondary pipes defines a flow area, at least one geometric parameter of which, such as the shape or a dimension, varies along the pipe and/or is different from the same geometric parameter defined by a flow area of another of the pipes.
COATING SYSTEM AND METHOD
An atomizing spray device includes a housing having plural inlets and one or more outlets fluidly coupled with each other by an interior chamber. The inlets include a first inlet shaped to receive a first fluid and a second inlet shaped to receive a slurry of ceramic particles and a second fluid. The interior chamber in the housing is shaped to mix the first fluid received via the first inlet with the slurry received via the second inlet inside the housing to form a mixture in a location between the inlets and the one or more outlets. The interior chamber in the housing also is shaped to direct the mixture formed inside the housing as droplets outside of the housing via the one or more outlets such that, based on a discharged amount of the first fluid in the droplets, the first fluid promotes evaporation of the second fluid as the droplets traverse from the housing toward a surface of a component.
