Disclosed is a gas distributor, including: a nozzle unit formed by joining a pair of nozzle members together such that the nozzle members face each other with a first nozzle gap defined between the nozzle members; and a nozzle assembly in which at least two nozzle units are assembled together in parallel, in which the nozzle gap includes a first flow path formed in parallel in a direction of the nozzle member, and a second flow path extended from the first flow path, formed with a smaller width than a width of the first flow path along a bonded surface, and discharging gas through an end portion of one side of the second flow path, and the second flow path is extended with the first flow path, and is inclinedly provided so that a width is gradually decreased in a portion adjacent to the first flow path.

The invention relates to a spray gun apparatus (10) for spraying a fine film coating of liquid, such as paint, lacquer or bond, onto a surface. The spray gun comprises a main body (12) having a fluid throughbore (22), a gas throughbore (16), and a main trigger lever (80) for allowing a user to spray fluid from the gun. A fluid flow adjustment mechanism (52, 58, 74) facilitates adjustment of the quantity of fluid sprayed from the gun for a given displacement of the main trigger lever (80). An engagement surface (86) is provided on the trigger lever and adapted to engage with a corresponding engagement surface (90) of the fluid flow adjustment mechanism. Pivoting movement of the main trigger lever (80) results in translational movement of at least a portion of the fluid flow adjustment mechanism to thereby selectively spray fluid from the gun upon displacement of the main trigger lever.

A pneumatic cleaning gun according to the present invention comprises a gun housing with a compressed air connection, a liquid nozzle with a nozzle cover, and an air intake tube which leads into the covered flow channel and can also be connected to a suction device via a suction hose in order to suction dirt particles through the flow channel. The cleaning gun is configured such that the air intake tube is not rigidly but pivotably mounted on the cleaning gun. The air intake tube can therefore be mounted in a plurality of different positions of use such that the user can find the most comfortable or convenient position of use and the air intake tube can be correspondingly adjusted.

A spray gun nozzle is provided, including: a hood located outside a central nozzle and connected to a spray gun; an annular snout sleeved on the hood and connected to the hood, wherein the annular spout includes: a first pipe body; a second pipe body sleeved with the first pipe body; an annular bottom surface connected with an end of the first pipe body and an end of the second pipe body, wherein the first pipe body, the second pipe body and the annular bottom surface form an annular cavity; and an annular spout air inlet provided on the annular bottom surface and communicated with the annular cavity; and an annular spout air inlet pipe connected with the annular spout air inlet.

Disclosed is a double-flow nozzle according to the present invention, the double-flow nozzle including: a body portion provided with a space portion defined at an inner side thereof; a first discharge pipe provided at the body portion and discharging a first fluid being supplied to the space portion; and a second discharge pipe discharging a second fluid while being in a state inserted into the first discharge pipe, wherein the first discharge pipe, in a state spaced apart by a predetermined gap from an outer surface of the second discharge pipe, includes a plurality of swirl-generating flow passages spaced apart by a predetermined interval from each other and arranged along a circumferential direction of the second discharge pipe.

Disclosed is a double-flow nozzle according to the present invention, the double-flow nozzle including: a body portion provided with a space portion defined at an inner side thereof; a first discharge pipe provided at the body portion and discharging a first fluid being supplied to the space portion; and a second discharge pipe discharging a second fluid while being in a state inserted into the first discharge pipe, wherein the first discharge pipe, in a state spaced apart by a predetermined gap from an outer surface of the second discharge pipe, includes a plurality of swirl-generating flow passages spaced apart by a predetermined interval from each other and arranged along a circumferential direction of the second discharge pipe.

An airstream propelled spray atomizer apparatus and method of fluid atomization by codirectional airstream propulsion enables controllable atomization of a second fluid into a first fluid for use in surface treatment and cleaning. A user is able to alter the amount of atomization of the second fluid, from a spray to a mist, during spray operations without having to stop and change nozzles. Further, effectuating atomization via in-stream introduction rather than via structural impediments disposed interior to the nozzle prolongs nozzle life over extended operations.
