The invention relates to an active substance supply system for an agricultural sprayer, having a main liquid circuit which comprises a reservoir for a main liquid and permits circulation of the main liquid, where the main liquid circuit comprises one or more distribution sections which are each configured to distribute to several dispensing elements a spray liquid to be dispensed, and a feed system which is connected to the main liquid circuit and in which the main liquid is mixed with at least one separately supplied active substance to form a liquid active substance mixture, where the active substance supply system is configured to introduce the active substance mixture into the one or more distribution sections at several places.

Various embodiments concern a sprayer having a blower that outputs a HVLP flow of air into a hose, the hose connecting with a spray gun. A pressure sensor measures pressure of the HVLP air within the hose via a tube that branches from a fitting to which the hose connects. If the sensor indicates that the pressure level has increased above a threshold amount, indicating that the trigger of the spray gun is not being actuated, then power output to the blower is reduced (e.g., stopped). HVLP air is trapped within the hose by two valves when the trigger is not actuated. When the sensor indicates that the pressure level has decreased, corresponding to release of the trapped HVLP air into the gun for spraying by actuation of the trigger, power to the blower is increased (e.g., resumed).

A vertical internal coating machine is taught, which may be used with bodies such as cans (2 piece, 3 piece, draw, redraw) and including cylinders, containers and any similar body. In the machine cans or similar bodies are sprayed with the star wheel in continuous motion without stopping and starting. The machine teaches that a plurality of spray guns may be provided for each pocket of the star wheel. By means of the machine an improved line layout is devised which may eliminate the need to raise the bodies immediately prior to a necker by allowing the vertical can internal coating machine and internal bake oven to be disposed on any level of the facility, upper, lower, mezzanine, etc. In green aspects, the machine may use negative pressure cabinets/hoods and positive pressure tunnels to entrain volatile organic chemicals emitted by the spray guns and coated bodies and may send these VOCs to a VOC destruction device, such as an oven.

An apparatus for creating solid or liquid nanoparticles having a nozzle to create a first particle size from a bulk liquid flow that is in fluid communication with a gas flow amplifier comprising an inlet cone connected to and in fluid communication with the inlet of a cylindrical housing; a diffuser connected to and in fluid communication with the outlet of said housing; and said housing comprising at least two rings of ports disposed of along a circumference of the cylindrical housing; and a means to inject compressed gas into the housing through said ports.

To provide: an atomizer that allows a sample liquid to be made into minute droplets stably and that inhibits clogging of an aerosol gas outlet by salting out or the like when atomizing a sample containing a high density matrix; a sample introduction unit that includes the atomizer; and an analysis device. An atomizer includes: a liquid supply tube that has a first channel in which a liquid can circulate and that has, on one end, an outlet to spray the liquid; and a gas supply tube that encloses the liquid supply tube with a gap therebetween, that has a second channel in which a gas can circulate, and that has, on one end, an outlet to spray the gas. The second channel is defined by the outer circumferential face of the liquid supply tube and the inner circumferential face of the gas supply tube and has a narrow portion upstream of the outlet.

A system and method for dermal spraying includes a portable, hand - held dermal application device with one or more disposable cartridges that spray a dermal formulation onto the skin, the disposable cartridge having a nozzle that can be activated by placing the cartridge into the spray device.

An application device for the application in series of a paint or other coating compositions to motor vehicle bodies or add-on parts thereof has a nozzle print head which contains a plurality of nozzles arranged, for example, in one or more rows, which apply the coating composition to the surface to be coated as continuous jets or individual drops. The nozzle print head is arranged on a multi-axis coating robot. In contrast to application devices of this type known hitherto, the coating composition consists of at least two components which are to be mixed together, such as, for example, 2K paint, which are fed to the nozzle print head via separate supply lines for jointly supplying the nozzles.
