FLUID SPRAYER AND COMPONENTS OF A FLUID SPRAYER
An air-assisted airless spray gun includes a valve cartridge configured to control a flow of air or spray fluid through the spray gun. The valve cartridge includes a housing configured to interface with the spray gun body and fully supporting the flow control components of the valve cartridge. The housing is secured within a bore of the spray gun body. The valve member is supported by the housing and actuatable relative to a seat. The valve is formed between the seal end of the valve member and the seat.
DRY FOGGING SYSTEM
A dry fogging system includes a control device including a control device inlet configured to couple to a gas source, a first control device outlet, and a second control device outlet configured to couple to a first tank. The dry fogging system further includes a first spray device including a first spray device inlet configured to couple to the first tank, a second spray device inlet configured to couple to the first control device outlet, and a spray device outlet configured to provide dry fogging.
Airstream Propelled Spray Atomizer Apparatus and Method of Fluid Atomization by Codirectional Airstream Propulsion
An airstream propelled spray atomizer apparatus and method of fluid atomization by codirectional airstream propulsion enables controllable atomization of a second fluid into a first fluid for use in surface treatment and cleaning. A user is able to alter the amount of atomization of the second fluid, from a spray to a mist, during spray operations without having to stop and change nozzles. Further, effectuating atomization via in-stream introduction rather than via structural impediments disposed interior to the nozzle prolongs nozzle life over extended operations.
Method for Controlling the Volume Flow Rate From a Nozzle
Methods for controlling or regulating the volume flow rate of a substance to be sprayed and/or a gas from a nozzle suitable for spraying substances, particularly dispersions, emulsions or suspensions, wherein the nozzle has a nozzle body comprising a nozzle mouthpiece, wherein the nozzle body has an inner pipe, which is connected to a supply for the substance to be sprayed and has an inner wall and a discharge port, and an outer pipe, which is spaced from the inner pipe, is connected to a supply for a gas and has a discharge port, and the discharge port of the inner pipe and the discharge port of the outer pipe are arranged in the region of the nozzle mouthpiece.
Ground-Mounted Soap Injection System
A ground-mounted soap injection system that can be used with a SLIP 'N SLIDE or other similar device needing the addition of a lubricating agent. The invention includes a liquid reservoir connected to a metering valve and an injection venturi. A hose is connected to the device and water passing through an internal passage draws the lubricating agent into the moving stream in a controlled fashion. Spikes are provided to secure the device to the ground.
DISPENSING APPARATUS AND METHOD
Aspects of the disclosure are directed to a spray gun apparatus having a casing with a nozzle. A rod extends within the casing and has an end portion with openings therein, for dispensing material. The rod operates with the casing to move relative to one another, for selectively dispensing the material. When the nozzle is positioned such that it is offset from the end portion of the rod, fluid material is allowed to flow out of the rod and is dispensed through the nozzle. When the end portion of the rod is positioned to seal the nozzle opening (e.g., via relative movement of the casing and rod), the fluid material is prevented from being dispensed through the nozzle. In certain implementations, an adapter interface is operable for coupling to an aerosol container having the material to be dispensed, and includes a conduit coupled to the rod for supplying the material.

Powder conveying device for coating powder and powder coating system comprising a powder conveying device
A powder conveying device for coating powder includes a powder conveyor having a powder outlet duct and a powder outlet valve for opening or for closing the powder outlet duct. Additionally, a setpoint value generator for specify a setpoint opening period of the powder outlet valve, and a sensor for determining the actual opening period of the powder outlet valve are provided. The powder conveying device furthermore includes an evaluation unit for determining the deviation between the setpoint opening period and the actual opening period.
