Dispenser for binary viscous fluids with aggregate
Apparatus for blending and applying plural substances including aggregate onto an environmental substrate is shown and described. The apparatus includes optionally a single power plant, plural pumps each fed by a respective hopper, and a blender blending pumped materials together. Dispensing ratios of the two pumps are mutually adjustable. An onboard air compressor delivers compressed air for atomizing blended materials as they are dispensed with the aggregate. Because materials may be curable or hardenable, flushing is enabled. The apparatus may be a free standing wheeled device.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PROVIDING FLAT GLASS ELEMENTS WITH AN ANTI-CORROSION AGENT AND SEPARATION AGENT APPLICATION
When on flat glass elements an anti-corrosion agent and a separation agent, containing a powdery anti-corrosion agent and a powdery separation agent, is applied with the anti-corrosion agent and the separation agent being jointly applied on at least one side of the flat glass elements, the partial quantities of the powdery separation agent and the powdery anti-corrosion agent can be dosed according to requirement without causing an excess of separation agent or a shortage of anti-corrosion agent by holding ready and dosing the said anti-corrosion agent and separation agent independently from each other and by blending them together only after dosing.
Powder-dispensing device and powder-coating installation for spraying articles with a powder coating
A powder-dispensing device in the form of a dense-phase powder pump or of a powder injector is provided to deliver coating powder from a powder reservoir to a powder-spraying device. To make the spray coating operation easier for the customer and to be able to make it more cost-effective, without having to compromise on good coating quality and good coating efficiency, a control device is integrated in the powder-dispensing device or is connected, in particular directly, to the powder-dispensing device and is designed to establish at least one parameter that is characteristic of a spray coating procedure carried out with the powder-coating device.
Coupling for the connecting of lines, powder coating facility including the coupling, and method for cleaning of the powder coating facility
A coupling is provided for the connecting of lines and includes a first coupling disc with first line connectors and a second coupling disc with second line connectors. Moreover, a first drive is provided in order to be able to move the two coupling discs axially with respect to each other. Moreover, a second drive is provided in order to be able to rotate the two coupling discs with respect to each other.
Airborne material spreading assembly and method for spreading material
A spreading assembly is provided. The spreading assembly comprises a spreadable material container, a spreading mechanism, and a motor. The spreading mechanism is rotatably mounted to a bottom section of the material container and can disperse the spreadable material 360° around the spreading assembly. The motor is operatively connected to the spreading mechanism to engage same in rotation. The spreading assembly comprises a coupling assembly to engage the spreading assembly with an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) configured to transport the spreading assembly while it operates.
COLD SPRAY NOZZLE AND COLD SPRAY DEVICE
The nozzle for cold spray (25) used in a cold spray apparatus (2) is configured to include a tubular nozzle main body (252) and a cooling jacket (253) that surrounds the nozzle main body (252) to form a flow path (25e) for refrigerant (R) between the nozzle main body (252) and the cooling jacket (253). The cooling jacket (253) is provided with a seal retaining portion (253c) that retains an O-ring (253b) for the flow path (25e). The seal retaining portion (253c) and the nozzle main body (252) are joined in a socket-and-spigot joint fashion.
Liquid recirculating valve
A liquid dispensing valve for dispensing of liquid solution, the liquid dispensing valve operable to create a vacuum buildup of pressure, such that the liquid moves on a recirculation path from the intake port to the output port. The recirculation of the liquid prevents sediment within the liquid from settling, and further prevents backpressure, and allows for continuous recirculation of the solution through a suction return line, providing generally consistent flow of liquid. The liquid dispensing valve's ability to minimize sediment buildup allows for a quick cleaning of the lines while also minimizing potential contamination of the general area.
Applicator for particulate additives
A controls stage, a hopper stage, and a pneumatic stage are arranged to govern the movement of particulate additives from a hopper through a receptacle that communicates with a delivery tube with the particles exiting the delivery tube via an outlet and contacting products or commodities such as food products. Embodiments include those wherein the use of air flow through the delivery tube is responsible for ushering particulate additives out of the delivery tube, with or without a secondary air flow to facilitate movement of particulate additives into the delivery tube, and a notched disc controlling the opening and closing of a valve to allow or restrict particulates from passing, wherein the size and quantity of notches affects the frequency at which particulate additives move from the hopper into the delivery tube.
METHOD AND SYSTEM OF APPLYING A VISCOUS FLUID MATERIAL TO A ROOFING SURFACE
This invention relates to a method and system of applying a fluid material to a roofing surface. By modifying a peristaltic pump-driven sprayer device, a fluid material having a viscosity of 10,000 to 40,000 centipoise at 25 C. can be effectively sprayed onto a roofing surface. Additionally, the use of a modified peristaltic pump-driven sprayer device allows for the fluid material to be applied onto the roofing surface at a faster rate than other spraying methods.
