Apparatus and methods for spraying a cosmetic composition
A hand-held apparatus for the application of a sunless tanning composition to the skin of a user. The apparatus includes: a housing, the housing enclosing: an air mover, a nozzle, and a reservoir. The reservoir and nozzle are in operable gaseous connection with the air mover such that in use, a composition in the reservoir is expelled through the nozzle to form a spray. The apparatus is useful in methods for spraying a tanning composition onto the skin of an individual.
DEVICE FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF A COSMETIC PRODUCT, CORRESPONDING PROCESS, USE AND CONTAINER
The present invention relates to a device (1) for the administration of a cosmetic product, with a first holder (2) for a pressurized gas cartridge (3), a second holder (4) for a cosmetic product container (5), flow rate regulating means (6), a nozzle (7) with heating means (8), and a trigger (9) which allows opening the passage of gas when operated. The first holder (2) allows housing a cartridge (3) for the passage of pressurized gas towards the flow rate regulating means (6). The first holder (2), the flow rate regulating means (6) and the nozzle (7) are fluidically connected. The regulating means are located downstream of the first holder (2) and upstream of the nozzle (7). The second holder (4) allows housing a container (5) for the passage of a product towards the nozzle (7) by means of a first conduit (10). The invention also relates to the corresponding process, use and container.
Pressure controlled droplet spraying (PCDS) method for forming particles of compound materials from melts
A method and apparatus of forming compositionally homogeneous particles is provided. The method includes forming a homogenous melt from a plurality of constituent materials under a first pressure sufficient to prevent substantial vaporization of the constituent materials. Droplets are generated from the homogenous melt. The droplets are cooled under a second pressure sufficient to prevent substantial vaporization of the constituent materials at least until the homogeneous particles formed therefrom have stabilized.
A FLUID-JET EMITTING DEVICE
Described is a device (1) for emitting a jet of fluid comprising a tubular member (2) having at least one air inlet opening (4) and one air outlet opening (5). Moreover, the device (1) comprises blowing means (6), located inside the tubular member (2) for sucking air from the inlet opening (4) and generating a flow of air coming out of the outlet opening (5); the blowing means (6) comprising a drive unit (7) and an air movement member (8) connected to the drive unit (7). The device (1) also comprises an apparatus (11) having at least one fluid delivery nozzle (12) and an air compression structure (13) connected to the delivery nozzle (12). More specifically, the drive unit (7) is connected to the air compression structure (13) to set it in action and they are both located inside a container (16).
Coating material for use in an HMC method
The invention relates to a coating material for use in a hot-melt coating method, said material containing as the main constituent one or more polyglycerol fatty acid, each obtained by way of a complete or partial esterification of a linear or branched polyglycerol containing two to eight glyceryl units with one or more fatty acids, each containing 6 to 22 carbon atoms.
System and method for coating a surface
The present invention relates to a system (1) and a method for coating a surface (3a) of an object (3) with a spray coating tool (2) spraying atomised coating particles (10) onto. A conditioning hood (20) is applied defining a spray chamber. In operation the spray coating tool (2) is mounted at a coating tool mounting end (21), and an output end (22) is positioned in proximity of the surface (3a) of the object (3) to be coated. The spray coating tool (2) is operated to spray atomised coating particles (10) which travel from the coating tool (2), through the spray chamber and the output end (22) to the surface (3a) of the object (3). A carrier gas is injected that in operation carries the atomised coating particles (10) to the surface (3a) of the object (3).
Method for introducing cold foam into a shower cubicle, a vapor bath or another sanitary facility suited for this, and device for such a method
The method includes the introduction of foam into a shower cubicle, a vapor bath, or another sanitary facility. The foam is introduced at a temperature of 15 C. to 20 C., preferably of 0 C. to 18 C., particularly preferred of 5 C. to 15 C., from a foam generator into the shower cubicle, the vapor bath, or the other sanitary facility. The foam preferably has the temperature at an outlet of the foam generator. Apart from that, the disclosure also relates to a device for such a method according to the disclosure and a shower cubicle or a vapor bath having such a device.
