SPRAY NOZZLE DEVICE FOR DELIVERING A RESTORATIVE COATING THROUGH A HOLE IN A CASE OF A TURBINE ENGINE
An atomizing spray nozzle device includes an atomizing zone housing that receives different phases of materials used to form a coating. The atomizing zone housing mixes the different phases of the materials into a two-phase mixture of ceramic-liquid droplets in a carrier gas. The device also includes a plenum housing fluidly coupled with the atomizing housing and extending from the atomizing housing to a delivery end. The plenum housing includes an interior plenum that receives the two-phase mixture of ceramic-liquid droplets in the carrier gas from the atomizing zone housing. The device also includes one or more delivery nozzles fluidly coupled with the plenum chamber. The delivery nozzles provide outlets from which the two-phase mixture of ceramic-liquid droplets in the carrier gas is delivered onto one or more surfaces of a target object as the coating on the target object.
APPARATUS FOR A LOW PRESSURE NON-CONTACT CLEANING OF A PAINT APPLICATOR
A non-contact cleaner for a paint spray equivalent having a housing with an open top with a venturi opening. A ring is contained the housing in a space downwardly from the entry opening thus forming a chamber between the ring and the venturi opening adapted to receive the paint spray tip to be cleaned. A plurality of circumferently spaced air nozzles created downward airflow through the housing while a solvent nozzle contained in the housing sprays solvent onto the paint tip to be cleaned.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PREHEATING EPOXY COATINGS FOR SPRAY APPLICATION
A method and system for the spray application of epoxy materials is provided. The system includes a dual walled tank structure as a reservoir for containing and preheating the epoxy materials in preparation for mixing and spray application. Each component of the epoxy material is preheated before the components are mixed. After preheating, the components are then mixed together and spray applied. The method and system of the present invention provides a high quality spray applied epoxy coating while reducing equipment down time and cleaning.

SPRAY NOZZLE DEVICE FOR DELIVERING A RESTORATIVE COATING THROUGH A HOLE IN A CASE OF A TURBINE ENGINE
An atomizing spray nozzle device includes plural inlets that receive different phases of materials of a coating. The device also includes an atomizing zone housing portion fluidly coupled with the inlets and shaped to mix the different phases of the materials into a mixed phase slurry. The device also includes a plenum housing portion fluidly coupled with the atomizing housing portion along the center axis of the device. The plenum housing portion includes an interior plenum that is elongated along the center axis of the device. The plenum is configured to receive the mixed phase slurry from the atomizing zone. The device also includes one or more delivery nozzles fluidly coupled with the plenum. The one or more delivery nozzles provide one or more outlets from which the mixed phase slurry is delivered onto one or more surfaces of a target object as a coating on the target object.

PLURAL COMPONENT MACHINE, HOSE AND SPRAY GUN SYSTEM
A pressurized fluid turbulence system includes a component inlet that receives a liquid component, component outlet for expelling the liquid component and an adjustable ball valve arranged between and in fluid communication with the component inlet and component outlet, and can open and close a flow path between the two. The component inlet and outlet both have a cylindrical channel and the component inlet is upstream from the component outlet. A cylindrically shaped pressurized input receives a pressurized fluid and has a longitudinal axis aligned in a direction towards the adjustable ball valve such that a pressurized fluid may impact the adjustable ball valve when the pressurized input is in an open position. A system for mixing two liquid components includes two pressurized fluid turbulence systems in which the two liquid components are mixed downstream of the component outlets.
Modular spray assembly for a working machine
A modular spray assembly for a working machine includes a base assembly that is attached to the frame of the working machine. The base assembly includes a working fluid conduit having an open end and a closed end, and a plurality of nozzle assemblies that are attached to and are in fluid communication with the working fluid conduit. A modular component includes a nozzle assembly, a first end, and a second end. The second end of the modular component is adapted to be removably attached to the open end of the working fluid conduit so as to be in fluid communication with the working fluid conduit. The modular spray assembly also includes an open end component that is adapted to be removably and alternatively attached to the open end of the working fluid conduit or to the first end of the modular component. The open end component includes a working fluid supply pipe that is in fluid communication with the working fluid storage tank of the working machine.
