According to an embodiment of the invention, a coating head of a mist coating film formation apparatus including a main body is provided. The main body includes a top plate in which a supply port capable of supplying one of a cleaning liquid or a mist of a source material solution is provided, a bottom plate provided below the top plate in a vertical direction, and a sidewall provided between the top plate and the bottom plate; and the sidewall includes an upper end and a lower end connected respectively to the top plate and the bottom plate and forms an interior space with the top plate and the bottom plate. The sidewall includes a slit spraying the mist externally from the interior space, and a recovery port capable of recovering the supplied cleaning liquid or a mist coalescing in the interior space. The bottom plate includes a slope having a height becoming lower from an inner perimeter of the sidewall toward the recovery port.

A plural component dispensing system includes a first heated hose, a second heated hose, a controller, and a dispensing device. The first heated hose and the second heated hose include electrical wires that supply heat to the first and second heated hoses to heat fluid components within the first and second heated hoses. The first and second heated hoses are electrically coupled to the controller and are fluidly coupled to the dispensing device. The controller is configured to control and alternate the electrical power supplied to the first heated hose and the second heated hose to heat the first heated hose independent of the second heated hose.

The fluid flow system comprising a dispensing device configured to dispense a first pumped fluid from the PCS to a field, and a backflow system configured to pipe second pumped fluid from the PCS back to the reservoir. The method further comprises: determining a fluid level in the reservoir; receiving the fluid level in a control device; generating the second pumped fluid by the PCS; and controlling allocation of the second pumped fluid according to an allocation ratio to: a first return device and a second return device configured to return the second pumped fluid to the reservoir.
