Systems and methods for a product system of an agricultural applicator
A product system for an agricultural sprayer can include a product tank configured to store a first volume of an agricultural product. A second volume of the agricultural product can be positioned within a flow assembly after the fill mode. A reclaim system can be configured to provide the agricultural product within the flow assembly to the product tank. A computing system can be communicatively coupled with the reclaim system and configured to determine an open volume of the product tank based on data captured by the tank sensor and activate a reclaim mode of the reclaim system to move the second volume of the agricultural product from the flow assembly to the product tank when the open volume can be greater than the second volume of the agricultural product.
FLUID SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE SENSOR
A fluid system includes a one-way check valve including a check-valve inlet and a check-valve outlet; a Y-connector including a Y-connector inlet, a first Y-connector outlet, a second Y-connector outlet, and a pressure-sensor connector; an inlet hose fluidly connecting the check-valve outlet and the Y-connector inlet; and a pressure sensor fluidly connected to the Y-connector via the pressure-sensor connector. The Y-connector inlet, Y-connector outlets, and pressure-sensor connector are fluidly connected to each other inside the Y-connector.
Nozzles and Systems for Cleaning Vehicle Sensors
Nozzles and systems for cleaning sensors of a vehicle are provided. An adjustable nozzle can include an inlet configured to receive a pressurized fluid, an adjustable oscillator coupled with the inlet, and an outlet coupled with the adjustable oscillator. The adjustable oscillator can be configured to receive the pressurized fluid from the inlet and generate an oscillating fluid, and can include a first oscillation wall comprising a first adjustable chamber modifier wall and a second oscillation wall comprising a second adjustable chamber modifier wall. The first adjustable chamber modifier wall and the second adjustable chamber modifier wall can define an adjustable mixing chamber configured to generate the oscillating fluid having one or more properties that are adjustable by the first adjustable chamber modifier wall or the second adjustable chamber modifier wall. The outlet can be configured to receive the oscillating fluid and eject the oscillating fluid from the adjustable nozzle.
PORTABLE WATER SPRAYING DEVICE
A portable water spraying device includes a water conduit and a strut member. The water conduit defines an inflatable volume for receiving water. The water conduit includes a water inlet valve and a plurality of spray heads. The water inlet valve and the plurality of spray heads connect to the inflatable volume. The strut member is located adjacent to the water conduit and extends along an extension of the water conduit. The strut member is capable of keeping the water conduit stable when the water is pressured into the inflatable volume from the water inlet and is sprayed out form the plurality of spray heads.
Repair of Structures Using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles
Methods and apparatus for performing repair operations using an unmanned aerial vehicle. The methods are enabled by equipping the UAV with tools for rapidly repairing a large structure or object (e.g., an aircraft or a wind turbine blade) that is not easily accessible to maintenance personnel. In accordance with various embodiments disclosed below, the unmanned aerial vehicle may be equipped with an easily attachable/removable module that includes an additive repair tool. The additive repair tool is configured to add material to a body of material. For example, the additive repair tool may be configured to apply a sealant or other coating material in liquid form to a damage site on a surface of a structure or object (e.g., by spraying liquid or launching liquid-filled capsules onto the surface). In alternative embodiments, the additive repair tool is configured to adhere a tape to the damage site.
DETECTIVE SPRAYER
A detective sprayer system for helping identify vehicles leaving the scene of a hit and run accident is present. In traffic laws, a hit-and-run is the act of causing a traffic accident and not stopping afterwards. It is considered a supplemental crime in most jurisdictions. The detective sprayer system is useful for providing video of an accident and license plate visuals. The detective sprayer system may also be able to mark the offender of a hit and run event by spraying the offender's vehicle with a colored spray. The detective sprayer system has a camera, sensor, plurality of sprayer assemblies and a cabling assembly.
Spray system for an agricultural machine
A spray system for an agricultural machine is configured to include a valving arrangement and multiple liquid product lines coupled to spray nozzle assemblies such that the valving arrangement can connect the product lines to the spray nozzle assemblies in different ways to achieve different modes of operation. Such modes can include providing agricultural liquid product flow through the spray nozzle assemblies at differing rates and/or flushing the product through the spray nozzle assemblies in differing directions. This can be achieved by controlling the valving arrangement to selectively connect any of the lines to pump for supplying product, to tank for returning product, or to block the lines to inhibit the flow of product. In one aspect, the product multiple lines can be of different sizes to enable more modes of operation, such as greater or lesser flow rates while spraying.
HOLOGRAPHIC PROJECTION SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR A VEHICLE
A holographic projection system and method are implemented by a projection device provided on the vehicle; a water mist generating device for generating water mist provided on the vehicle; and a controller in communication with the projection device and the water mist generating device. The controller is configured to detect a signal of user proximity to the vehicle, and activate the water mist generating device and the projection device respectively based on the detected signal, so that the projection device projects an image onto the water mist.
FLOW CONTROL VALVE AND SYSTEM FOR CLEANING A VEHICLE SURFACE
The present disclosure provides a flow control valve for controlling the flow of a cleaning media, such as controlling the flow of cleaning media to a nozzle positioned to distribute the cleaning media to a vehicle surface. The nozzle is integrated with the flow control valve. Vehicles and systems incorporating a flow control valve are also provided.
AERIAL BOOM WITH THROUGH-FAN SPRAY AND RELATED METHODS AND VEHICLES
A boom for a sprayer vehicle includes a fluid-carrying medium; at least one nozzle fluidly coupled to the fluid-carrying medium; and at least one unmanned aerial vehicle tethered to the fluid-carrying medium. The at least one unmanned aerial vehicle includes a plurality of fans, and the nozzle is arranged to discharge material through a fan. Related methods and sprayer vehicles are also disclosed.
