Liquid proportioning machine
A liquid proportioning machine includes at least two liquid storage mechanisms for storing liquid, pump bodies for pumping liquid from the liquid storage mechanisms, and liquid discharge locations connected with liquid outlets of the pump bodies and ejecting liquid; and the liquid storage mechanisms are respectively connected with the corresponding pump bodies, and a regulating mechanism for keeping a proportion for the liquid discharge speeds of the pump bodies is arranged between the pump bodies. The pump body includes a rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft rotates to cause the pump body to pump and discharge the liquid; and the regulating mechanism includes a driving shaft driven by a driving mechanism to rotate, and the driving shaft drives the rotating shafts of the liquid storage mechanisms to rotate through a transmission mechanism and maintains a proportion for the rotating speeds between the rotating shafts. The driving shaft drives any rotating shaft to rotate through a first transmission mechanism, and a second transmission mechanism is arranged between other rotating shafts and the rotating shaft directly driven by the driving shaft. In the present invention, an automatic proportioning manner is adopted, so the proportion of various kinds of liquid does not need to be manually regulated, which improves the working efficiency and the proportioning accuracy, and then the quality of the product is improved. The entire device has a low cost and great market competitiveness.
Release agent spray system for temporary tape removal machine
A release agent spray system for a vehicle that is used for removing temporary tape from pavement surfaces. The release agent spray system includes a reservoir containing a release agent, a pump for pumping release agent from the reservoir, and a handheld sprayer connected to the reservoir by a fluid conduit or tube and connected electrically to the pump. The handheld sprayer includes an activation switch for activating the pump to deliver release agent from the reservoir to the handheld sprayer.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR UNIVERSAL TIRE DRESSING APPLICATION
Systems and methods disclosed are directed to receiving an image; performing an analysis on the image via one or more algorithms; generating tire and rim data based on an outcome of the analysis; transmitting one or more instructions including actuation of an end effector that is configured to apply tire dressing to a tire; and actuating an end effector that is configured to apply the tire dressing to the tire in accordance with the one or more instructions.
JETTING DEVICES WITH FLEXIBLE JETTING NOZZLE
A device configured to jet one or more droplets of a viscous medium may include a housing having an inner surface at least partially defining a jetting chamber configured to hold the viscous medium, and a flexible jetting nozzle. The flexible jetting nozzle may include a flexible conduit extending between an inlet orifice in an inner surface to an outlet orifice in an outer surface. The device may cause an increase of internal pressure of viscous medium in the jetting chamber to force one or more droplets of viscous medium through the flexible conduit and through the outlet orifice. The flexible jetting nozzle may include a flexible material. The flexible jetting nozzle may deform, to cause a cross-sectional area of the flexible conduit to dilate, in response to the increase of the internal pressure of the viscous medium in the jetting chamber.
COATING DEVICE
A coating device for applying a coating agent to the surface of a workpiece. The coating device includes a frame having a workpiece receptacle, a coating agent source, a compressed air source, and a rotary unit which is rotatable in relation to the frame. The rotary unit has a pump and a plurality of spray units, the pump on the suction side being connected to the coating agent source by a fluid-conducting rotary joint connection, and on the pressure side being connected to the spray units. The rotary unit has a pneumatic valve device, and the spray units have in each case one compressed air controlled valve for controlling the delivery of coating agent. The valve on the inlet side is connected to the compressed air source by a fluid-conducting rotary feedthrough and on the exhaust air side is connected to the compressed air controlled valves of the spray units.
Weed control at high speed
An apparatus and a method for increasing the movement speed of the rail vehicle while carrying out measures for controlling weeds on track systems. A rail vehicle equipped with an apparatus for increasing the movement speed of the rail vehicle while carrying out measures for controlling weeds on track systems.
SPRAY PYROLYSIS SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURE OF MIXED METAL OXIDE COMPOSITIONS
A spray pyrolysis system and method are described for manufacture of mixed metal oxide compositions, e.g., mixed metal oxide catalyst compositions having utility for gas processing applications such as hydrogenation, dehydrogenation, reduction, and oxidation. Mixed metal oxide automotive exhaust catalyst compositions produced by such system and method achieve a substantial reduction in temperatures required for removal of automotive exhaust pollutant species, as compared to catalyst produced by conventional batch precipitation techniques. The spray pyrolysis system and method enable catalytic metal(s) to be integrally incorporated in the mixed metal oxide composition, thereby obviating a separate catalytic metal impregnation operation.
Fluid dispenser
A dispenser capable of dispensing a fluid via a vertically-oriented piezo device comprises a reservoir in the form of a replaceable cartridge containing a fluid to be dispensed, a planar piezo element having front and rear surfaces and which in use is oriented with its plane vertical and which is drivable to vibrate and thereby dispense fluid from the front surface, and a pump to draw a predetermined amount, or dose, of fluid from the reservoir and to drive the dose of fluid at a predetermined above-atmospheric pressure to the rear surface of the piezo element for dispensing.
Controllable high-pressure aeroponics system
An aeroponics system includes a spray manifold with a fluid inlet, a plurality of fluid injectors attached to the spray manifold and in fluid communication therewith, and a fluid pump in communication with the fluid inlet of the spray manifold. A timing controller is in electronic communication with the plurality of fluid injectors. A power source is in electronic communication with the fluid pump, the plurality of fluid injectors, and the timing controller. The fluid pump is configured to maintain a constant high pressure within the spray manifold. The timing controller is configured to control the timing and pattern of energization of the plurality of fluid injectors. When any one of the plurality of fluid injectors is energized, fluid is allowed to pass from the spray manifold through that fluid injector.
