A container for loose powder, having a well defining a well volume, a side wall surrounding the well laterally to define an upwardly closed powder chamber extending circumferentially around the well, and a bottom member cooperating with the well and the side wall to close the lower ends of the well volume and the chamber. The bottom member and at least a part of the well are relatively rotatable between positions in which the well and bottom member cooperatively prevent passage of powder from the chamber to the well volume, and in which at least one gap opens to permit limited passage of powder from the chamber into the lower end of the well volume. A lid closing the well volume is removable to enable an applicator to transport powder from the well volume to a location outside the container.

A modified consumer packaging for a viscous personal care product is disclosed that can be opened preferably along a longitudinal edge or circumferential section to bypass its traditional delivery port and allow a consumer to access and collect product that otherwise would be discarded. A first example of this concept is an otherwise conventional toothpaste tube that includes a pull tab to open the tube along a longitudinal edge. The pull tab and the longitudinal seam (which can include perforations or reduced thickness) can be covered with a protective tape or film, and accessed only when the tube is substantially evacuated. Once the pull tab is actuated, the tube opens and the interior of the tube is exposed to allow product to be removed that otherwise would be inaccessible.

A assembly for dispensing a fluid product having a first fluid-product dispenser with a first reservoir, a first dispensing member, such as a pump, provided with a first dispensing head and a first pusher, and a second fluid-product dispenser with a second reservoir, a second dispensing member, such as a pump, provided with a second dispensing head and a second pusher. A hand cleaner foam dispenser with a first pump arrangement that discharges a first liquid and first air from the atmosphere through a first foam inducing member into a mixing chamber and a second pump arrangement that discharges a second liquid into the mixing chamber, and in which there is a simultaneous discharge of the first liquid, first air and the second liquid from the mixing chamber through an outlet foam inducing member to produce a foamed product delivered onto a person's hand. Preferably, the second pump arrangement may discharge not only the second liquid, but also second air drawn from the atmosphere and discharge the second liquid and the second air through a second foam inducing member into the mixing chamber.

A liquid dispenser having a liquid reservoir and a discharge head secured thereto, an outlet valve with a pressure chamber and an opposite valve chamber. The liquid reservoir and the valve chamber are each connected at least in phases to a surrounding atmosphere by a ventilation channel. The two channels provided for this purpose, the reservoir ventilation channel and the valve ventilation channel, are separate channels with separate inlets on an outer face of the discharge head.

In one aspect, a mobile dispending station can include a container base configured to releasably secure a container, the container base comprising a base housing and a securing mechanism for releasably securing the container in the housing; and a dispenser column comprising: a dispenser system including a dispenser head and switch or pedal, the dispenser system in fluid communication with the container and configured to selectively dispense a predetermined volume of the sanitizing agent from within the container and through the dispenser head, the switch or pedal configured to selectively dispense the sanitizing agent upon activation or actuation, and a column housing for containing the dispenser system. Also disclosed herein are methods of using the disclosed devices and stations.

An apparatus for dispensing a fluid from a source of fluid comprises a roller and a tray member. The tray member comprises a pair of spaced walls having a contiguous tapered inner surface for defining an arcuate recess in an outer surface of the tray member, the outer surface tapering to an outer edge of each wall. Roller mounting means includes a pair of resilient spaced arms, each one of the arms spanning between and interconnecting the ends of the spaced wall. The tray member defines a pair ports spaced along a central longitudinal axis of the tray member for providing fluid communication between the source of fluid and the tray member. The roller is rotatably mounted to the spaced arms for receiving fluid from the tray member and applying the fluid onto a surface.

The present disclosure relates to a pumping type toothpaste composition capable of being provided as contained in a pumping type container, and relates to a pumping type transparent toothpaste composition comprising or not comprising an abrasive. The pumping type toothpaste composition of the present disclosure has excellent commercial value due to its transparent formulation.
