An object of the invention is to provide an eye-washing vessel capable of preventing or reducing damage to the vessel body and providing an improved fit of an eye-contacting portion to a portion around the eye. An eye-washing vessel (1) includes a vessel body (10) capable of containing an eyewash solution, and an eye-contacting portion (20) connected to the vessel body (10). The vessel body (10) has a bottom wall (12) and a peripheral wall (14), and the eye-contacting portion (20) is connected to an end of the peripheral wall (14) opposite to the bottom wall (12) side. The vessel body (10) is made of a vessel-body material including polyethylene, and the eye-contacting portion (20) is made of an eye-contacting portion material including polyethylene and a thermoplastic elastomer having a lower hardness than that of the polyethylene.

The spout is rotatable relative to the base about a second vertical axis. The first vertical axis is substantially parallel to the second vertical axis and offset from the second vertical axis. Movement of the emergency wash arm causes a corresponding movement of the spout.

The emergency wash arm includes an emergency wash unit. The emergency wash arm is rotatable relative to the base about a first vertical axis between a stored position and an active position. A device for treating dry eye syndrome and strengthening eyesight, of the present invention, comprises: a water goggles main body part into which a saline solution is injected, and which is closely adhered to the facial surface of a user, thereby allowing muscular exercise of the eyeballs to be carried out in the saline solution; a saline solution container coupled to the upper part of the water goggles main body part so as to supply a predetermined amount of saline solution; and a display device fixed to the front of the saline solution container, and in which an ocular muscle strengthening program for guiding the user's line of vision is executed so as to enable eyeball exercise to be performed in the saline solution.
