This content-accommodating container comprises: a container body having an opening at the top end; and a valve-accommodating part for closing the opening, the valve-accommodating part being fixed to the container body. The valve-accommodating part is provided with: a cylindrical housing part accommodated inside the container body; a tube part extending downward from the housing part, the lower end thereof being disposed near the bottom side of the container body; and a first sealing part for closing the bottom end of the tube part.
DEVICE FOR DISPENSING A FLUID PRODUCT, AND METHOD FOR FILLING AND FOR PLUGGING SAME
A fluid dispenser device including a body; a reservoir containing one or two doses of a fluid, the reservoir including a stopper that closes the reservoir in leaktight manner before actuation; a dispenser head that is provided with a dispenser orifice; and dispenser mechanism for dispensing at least a portion of the fluid through the dispenser orifice during actuation. The device further includes a needle having a tip that is adapted to pierce the stopper during actuation, the reservoir being filled with the fluid and being closed with the stopper under a vacuum, so that the residual volume of air present in the reservoir between the fluid and the stopper is substantially zero.
BOTTLE AND BOTTLE CAP DEVICE THEREOF
A bottle and a bottle cap device thereof are provided. In the bottle cap device, the outer-cap outer ring is threadedly connected with the inner-cap outer ring, the outer-cap inner ring penetrates through the inner-cap inner ring, the lower end of the outer-cap inner ring protrudes for a distance from the inner-cap inner ring, and the guide tube is arranged to extend in the outer-cap inner ring. The distance is sufficient to allow the end cap to be connected with the lower end of the outer-cap inner ring in a releasably sealing manner, and when the outer-cap outer ring is turned toward the loosening direction, the distance is sufficiently shortened to allow the end cap abutting with the inner-cap inner ring; while the end cap is connected with the inner-cap inner ring, the guide tube is connected with the end-cap hole, such that a stockage space is formed.
SYSTEM AND ASSEMBLY FOR REFILLING A LIQUID RESERVOIR
The present invention relates to a system and assembly for refilling a reservoir with liquid dispensed from a dispenser, in particular, but not exclusively, to a system and assembly for the substantially leak-free refilling of the reservoir of a smoking-substitute device with a liquid comprising nicotine from a refill dispenser. The assembly is configured to provide a gas communication pathway through the assembly and physically separate from the liquid communication pathway for venting gas from an end of the assembly proximal the first aperture to an exterior of the assembly responsive to the movement of the assembly to the secured and open configuration, the assembly configured to close the gas communication pathway in the unsecured and closed configuration.
Filling system for electronic smoking devices
A filling system for an electronic cigarette (10) is disclosed in which a nozzle (38) of a liquid dispenser (80) contains a plunger (62) which is biased by a spring (60) into a closed position in which liquid is prevented from flowing through the nozzle (38). In use the nozzle (38) is inserted into an open end (42) of a liquid reservoir (34) for an electronic cigarette containing an air tube (32). The plunger (62) engages with the end of the air tube (32) blocking the air tube (32) and opening the liquid flow path through the nozzle (38). The arrangement of the plunger (62) and nozzle (38) is such that operation of the plunger (62) only occurs when the nozzle (38) engaged within a liquid reservoir (32). A membrane (96) can be provided to prevent leakage from the liquid reservoir (34) when the nozzle (38) is disengaged.
Filling hose
A liquid dispenser filling hose for use in filling a liquid dispenser with liquid from a liquid reservoir via a pump, comprising: a distal coupler for coupling the filling hose to the liquid dispenser; and a controller arranged to control the pump. The liquid dispenser may be filled using a method comprising: providing a liquid reservoir, a pump and a controller arranged to control the pump, and a filling hose having a proximal end and a distal end, the proximal end of the filling hose being coupled to the liquid reservoir; coupling the distal end of the filling hose via a distal coupler to the liquid dispenser; and transferring liquid from the liquid reservoir via the filling hose to an airless liquid container forming part of the liquid dispenser. A system for filling a liquid dispenser, comprising: the liquid filling hose; and a liquid reservoir and/or liquid supply station is also described.
Applicator apparatus, mouth fill devices, collapsible containers and methods
Mouth fill devices can be mounted with respect to a mouth of a liquid container. The mouth fill device can include a circumferential shroud circumscribing an axis of the mouth fill device. The circumferential shroud can include an interior surface defining an interior passage extending along the axis. The interior passage can include a liquid fill passage. The mouth fill devices can further include a protrusion mounted relative to the circumferential shroud and extending within the interior passage. The protrusion can include an interior passageway extending through the protrusion that defines a liquid dispensing passage. The fluid fill passage can be disposed outside of the liquid dispensing passage.
Spray Devices For Dispensing Aqueous Iodine, and Methods of Making and Using Spray Devices That Dispense Aqueous Iodine
Spray devices that have been preconditioned with an iodine-containing conditioning agent prior to being deployed with aqueous iodine. In some embodiments, each spray device contains one or more materials that will be wetted by the aqueous iodine during use and that have been preconditioned to contain iodine so as to inhibit iodine absorption from the aqueous iodine added to the spray device after the preconditioning. Methods for preconditioning spray devices are also disclosed. In one example, surfaces of spray-device components that will be wetted by aqueous iodine during deployment are exposed to an iodine-containing conditioning agent and, while exposed to the iodine-containing conditioning agent, are thermodynamically treated. Methods of using spray devices for dispensing aqueous iodine for any one or more of a variety of purposes are also disclosed.
CONTAINER FOR DISPENSING LOOSE POWDER AND METHOD OF FILLING THE CONTAINER
A container for loose powder, having a well defining a well volume, a side wall surrounding the well laterally to define an upwardly closed powder chamber extending circumferentially around the well, and a bottom member cooperating with the well and the side wall to close the lower ends of the well volume and the chamber. The bottom member and at least a part of the well are relatively rotatable between positions in which the well and bottom member cooperatively prevent passage of powder from the chamber to the well volume, and in which at least one gap opens to permit limited passage of powder from the chamber into the lower end of the well volume. A lid closing the well volume is removable to enable an applicator to transport powder from the well volume to a location outside the container.
