DEVICE AND METHOD FOR VAPORIZING GAME ATTRACTANTS
A device and method for vaporizing game liquid attractants are provided. The vaporizing device has a container suitable for holding vaporizable liquid therein, a wick, a transducer operably connected to a power supply, and a controller. Vaporizable liquid, preferably game attractant or a mixture thereof is drawn to the transducer by the wick. When supplied with electrical current from the power supply, the transducer oscillates at a high frequency sufficient to vaporize the vaporizable liquid drawn to the transducer via cavitation. Once vaporized, game attractant vapor may be diffused or propelled through an outlet in the container to the external hunting environment.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MONITORING A LEVEL OF HYDRAULIC FLUID IN AN AGRICULTURAL SPRAYER
In one aspect, a system for monitoring a level of hydraulic fluid in an agricultural sprayer includes a drive system, a hydraulic fluid system, and a fill level sensor. The system also includes a computing system communicatively coupled to both the drive system and the fill level sensor. The computing system is configured to monitor the level of hydraulic fluid within the hydraulic fluid reservoir based on data received from the fill level sensor. The computing system is further configured to detect a leak condition in the hydraulic fluid system based at least in part on the monitored level of the hydraulic fluid within the hydraulic fluid reservoir and control an operation of the drive system to reduce the ground speed of the agricultural sprayer in response to detecting the leak condition.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR INDICATING FUTURE NEED FOR PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OF RANDOM-USE DISPENSING
A method and device for indicating whether a dispensable product will require refilling prior to the next scheduled service interval includes tracking the amount of use over a first interval, and calculating a frequency based from the use over the first interval. The quantity remaining is compared with the required amount, which is the product of the number of weeks in the service interval and the calculated frequency. Thus, when the quantity remaining is less that the required amount, a warning will be provided to indicate that the dispensing product should be replaced, as it will be empty before the next service interval.
Liquid atomization device and air cleaner using same
A liquid atomization device includes: an inlet; an outlet; and a liquid atomization chamber. The liquid atomization chamber is provided in an air passage between the inlet and the outlet. The liquid atomization chamber includes a rotary shaft, a pumping pipe, a collision wall, a reservoir, and a drain port. The rotary shaft is rotated by a rotary motor and is disposed in the vertical direction. The pumping pipe includes a lower portion having a pumping port and an upper portion fixed to the rotary shaft, and is rotated in coordination with rotation of the rotary shaft to pump up water through the pumping port and centrifugally discharge the water. The pumping pipe generates, inside the pumping pipe, a whirlpool in the water in the reservoir by the rotation, and forms, at the center of the whirlpool, a void providing communication between the pumping port and the drain port.
Thermoplastic extrusion markings
A thermoplastic extrusion vehicle for continuous processing of thermoplastic material used for applying lines and stripes to a roadway. Heated oil from a burner is directed to a common reservoir having a section for oil distributed to the extremities of the vehicle and a main section for heating of melting kettles; the common reservoir having a divider wall capable of maintaining two different temperatures within the reservoir. A programmable logic controller displays and records the mil thickness of lines that is calculated according to the volume of material consumed at the rate of application based upon the speed of the vehicle.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CAVITATION ABRASIVE FINISHING OF INTERIOR SURFACES
A method of smoothing an inner surface of a tubular wall of a workpiece is disclosed, including immersing the workpiece in a mixture of a liquid and an abrasive and inserting a cavitation peening nozzle into a cavity of the workpiece. The method further includes injecting a cavitating jet from the cavitation peening nozzle into the cavity.
Insufflation system
An aerosol generator is positioned adjacent to a patient as an attachment to a trocar. The trocar has an entry port for insufflation gas. Aerosol generated by a vibrating element is entrained in the insufflation gas and the mixture is delivered through the trocar. The aerosol may contain a medicament. The trocar may be a conventional trocar. Such trocars are typically used for a camera. The delivery of the aerosolized medicament can occur at the start of the procedure and be delivered in bolus. At the start of the procedure, the peritoneum is being inflated by means of the flow of insufflator gas. This gas flow will help to entrain the aerosolized medicament to the pneumoperitoneum regions. The surgeon can temporarily remove the camera from the trocar port to facilitate insertion and positioning of the aerosolizing unit.
SYSTEM FOR DROPPING A LIQUID
The invention relates to a system for dropping a liquid, comprising a liquid storage reservoir (2) provided with a liquid outlet area (3) that comprises an outlet nozzle (4) and a dropping hatch (5).
Furthermore, the dropping System (1) comprises means for varying the air pressure in the storage reservoir (2) depending on the level of liquid in the reservoir (2).
Multistage vaporizer for medical treatment system
Multistage vaporizers, such as for use in medical treatment systems, as well as related methods are described. In one example, a multistage vaporizer includes a first reservoir configured to hold a liquid and one or more pumping transducers positioned in the first reservoir. The multistage vaporizer also includes a second reservoir and one or more vaporizing transducers positioned in the second reservoir. The one or more pumping transducers positioned in the first reservoir are configured to generate and move droplets of a liquid in the first reservoir to the second reservoir, and the one or more vaporizing transducers positioned in the second reservoir are configured to create a vapor of the liquid in the second reservoir.
Display device
According to one embodiment, a liquid crystal display device includes an array substrate, a counter-substrate, a negative liquid crystal layer including liquid crystal molecules, a retardation film attached to a surface of the array substrate, a first polarizer attached to the retardation film and having a first absorption axis, a second polarizer attached to a surface of the counter-substrate, and having a second absorption axis which is parallel to a direction of initial alignment of the liquid crystal molecules and perpendicular to the first absorption axis, a cover member located opposite to the second polarizer, and ultraviolet curing resin which bonds the second polarizer and the cover member to each other.
