Coating device and associated operating method
The disclosure relates to a coating installation for coating components with a coating agent, in particular for painting motor vehicle body components, with a nozzle applicator, in particular a print head, with at least one nozzle for delivering a coating agent jet of the coating agent onto the component to be coated. The disclosure provides a device for preventing and/or detecting clogging of the nozzle.
Pressure cleaning device, method for operating a pressure cleaning device and method for detecting a hose attachment
The disclosure relates to a pressure cleaning device comprising a pressure generating unit for pressurizing a fluid and for dispensing a pressurized fluid via a hose attachment, preferably via a hand gun or via a cleaning nozzle. The pressure cleaning device can be operated in at least two different operating modes. According to the disclosure, a preferably electric pressure sensor for determining an actual operating pressure and/or a flow rate sensor for determining an actual flow rate and a control device are associated with the pressure generating unit. The control device is designed to control the pressure generating unit in particular, based on a respectively set operating mode in accordance with an actual operating pressure and/or an actual determined flow rate.
Systems and methods for a product system of an agricultural applicator
A product system for an agricultural sprayer includes a product tank configured to store an agricultural product. A reclaim system can be configured to provide the agricultural product within a flow assembly to a product tank. A computing system can be communicatively coupled to the reclaim system. The computing system can be configured to receive information indicative of one or more characteristics of the agricultural product inputted into the fill station during a fill mode; detect termination of the fill mode; and activate a reclaim mode to move the agricultural product from the flow assembly to the product tank through activation of the reclaim system, wherein one or more operating conditions of the reclaim mode are based on the one or more characteristics of the agricultural product.
Agricultural system and method for preventing roll-back of an agricultural vehicle on a sloped surface
An agricultural method for preventing roll-back of an agricultural vehicle may include receiving a roll-back prevention input from a speed setting device indicative of a command to increase the transmission speed of the hydrostatic transmission while a service brake of the agricultural vehicle is engaged. Further, the method may include adjusting a speed mapping for the speed setting device from a predetermined speed mapping to a roll-back speed mapping in response to the roll-back prevention input, with the roll-back speed mapping being associated with a reduced speed range. Additionally, the method may include determining a transmission control command associated with a current position of the speed setting device based on the roll-back speed mapping and controlling an operation of the hydrostatic transmission to adjust the transmission speed based at least in part on the transmission control command.
Method and system of applying a viscous fluid material to a roofing surface
This invention relates to a method and system of applying a fluid material to a roofing surface. By modifying a peristaltic pump-driven sprayer device, a fluid material having a viscosity of 10,000 to 40,000 centipoise at 25° C. can be effectively sprayed onto a roofing surface. Additionally, the use of a modified peristaltic pump-driven sprayer device allows for the fluid material to be applied onto the roofing surface at a faster rate than other spraying methods.
ROBOT FOR COATING VEHICLE BODY
A coating device has a coating head that dispenses coating material toward a vehicle body. The coating device also includes a supply device that has a circulation path for circulating the coating material between a reservoir storing the coating material and the coating head, and is capable of controlling the pressure of the coating material flowing through the circulation path. The coating device includes an arm having the coating head and the supply device, wherein the coating robot performs coating of the vehicle body while moving the coating head wherein the coating head moves at a first speed toward a coating start position to start coating the vehicle and moves at a second speed different from the first speed when it reaches a specific position in a movement path to the coating start position.
System for regulating the flow rate of a liquid and corresponding regulation method
A system for intelligent regulation of the flow rate in an irrigation plant includes a pipeline feeding an irrigation liquid, a drop pipe connected to the pipeline, and a regulation device connected to the drop pipe and associated with a liquid distribution device having a continuous regulating valve and a local electronic control unit that varies pressure and flow rate of the liquid sent to a nozzle. The continuous regulating valve includes an elastically yielding pipe connected to the drop pipe and a valve member interacting with the pipe to deform it and vary its flow area. A program installed in the electronic control unit controls the movement of the valve member and changes flow rate downstream of the drop pipe, avoiding sudden variations and water hammers. The local electronic control unit is associated with a sensor that detects abnormal operation of the regulation device, enabling preventive maintenance.
LIQUID DISCHARGE APPARATUS, LIQUID DISCHARGE METHOD, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A liquid discharge apparatus includes a liquid discharge head and circuitry. The liquid discharge head has a nozzle hole from which a liquid is discharged and includes a valve to open and close the nozzle hole and a valve driver to drive the valve. The circuitry causes the valve driver to drive the valve to open the nozzle hole for a valve opening time to discharge the liquid onto an object, and changes the valve opening time based on a head pressure applied to the liquid in the liquid discharge head.
