Systems and methods for status indication of fluid delivery systems
A fluid delivery system includes a status indicator and control system comprising a processor. The processor is configured to receive a first signal indicative of a first status of operations of a spray application system. The processor is further configured to provide to an operator of a spray gun, via a display system, a visualization representative of the first status of operations, and techniques to control the fluid delivery system, wherein the spray application system is configured to deliver at least one fluid to the spray gun during operations.
Thermoplastic coating formulations for high-velocity sprayer application and methods for applying same
Tunable thermoplastic polymer powder feedstock formulations and tunable conductive thermoplastic polymer powder feedstock formulations are disclosed for delivery to a high-velocity sprayer are presently disclosed, along with tunable coatings made from the disclosed formulations, and methods for delivering such tunable thermoplastic polymer coatings to substrates.

A system is provided that includes an advisor device; a user device; and a dispensing device. The advisor device and the user device are configured to perform a communication session with each other that includes transmitting, from the user device to the advisor device, information that includes a desired cosmetic product and information related to a user of the user device; analyzing, by the advisor device, the information received from the user device; and generating and transmitting a recommended cosmetic formula to the user device. The user device is configured to transmit the recommended cosmetic formula to the dispensing device for dispensing the desired cosmetic product.
Refillable solution dispensing device
A refillable solution dispensing device includes a housing having an upper section and a lower section. An actuator exposed through the exterior of the upper section. The actuator is movably connected to an air chamber and a solution chamber. The solution chamber is in fluid communication with the solution reservoir and a discharge nozzle. The air chamber is fluidly connected to the discharge nozzle. The actuator is coupled to a mixing shaft that protrudes into the lower section. The lower section comprises an interior volume that functions as a solution reservoir. A solution cartridge and water are inserted into the solution reservoir. A solution mixer is rotatably coupled to the mixing shaft combining the solution within the solution cartridge, the solution cartridge, and the water into one solution. Upon an activation of the actuator, the solution and the air will mix and exit the discharge nozzle.
MULTI-NOZZLE SPRAY DISK FOR AUTOMATIC MAKEUP MACHINE
A spray disk includes multiple nozzles at an outer perimeter of the spray disk, a center hole, and multiple partitions. The partitions are arranged around the center hole and have the center hole as an inner perimeter. Each partition includes an air inlet to receive compressed air, a liquid tank to store a liquid, and a corresponding nozzle from which to spray the liquid with the compressed air. The spray disk can be used in an automatic makeup machine.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE DISPENSING OF AN APPLICATION FLUID FROM A SPRAY SYSTEM
A spraying system for applying an application fluid having an induction manifold, a hose reel subsystem, a pump element disposed between the manifold and the hose reel subsystem, an application fluid subsystem having a plurality of reservoirs and associated valves, a fluid regulating device coupled to an input end of the induction manifold for regulating the amount of a first fluid supplied thereto, a timer element coupled to the fluid regulating device for selectively activating the fluid regulating device via an activation signal, and a controller for controlling operation of the timer element. The controller generates a control signal in response to user instructions and in response to the control signal the timer element generates the activation signal. In response to the activation signal, the fluid regulating element ceases introduction of the first fluid into the manifold and introduces a second fluid therein.

DILUTION ON MICROFLUIDIC EJECTOR CHIPS
A system and a method for on-chip dilution of a calibration solution are provided. An exemplary system includes a microfluidic ejector chip. The microfluidic ejector chip includes a calibration reservoir to contain a calibration standard and a dilution reservoir to contain a dilution solvent. A first fluid control device couples the calibration reservoir to a mixing chamber, and a second fluid control device couples a dilution reservoir to the mixing chamber. The mixing chamber is fluidically coupled to a microfluidic ejector.
APPARATUS FOR PREPARING CUSTOM PERFUMES
An apparatus for creating custom perfumes is disclosed. The apparatus may comprise a body that may hold perfume refills and a mixing chamber connected to the perfume refills via a plurality of valves. The apparatus may be controlled by a microcontroller. The apparatus may receive custom formulas for creating custom perfumes from users. Upon receiving the formula, the apparatus may determine the quantities of perfumes that are to be added from each perfume refill to create the custom perfume. Further, a vacuum pump connected to the mixing chamber is activated. The amount of time required to extract the determined quantity of perfume from the refills to the vacuumized mixing chamber is calculated. Finally, the valves are opened for the calculated amount of time to allow the vacuum generated in the mixing chamber to extract the determined quantities of perfumes from each perfume refill to create the custom perfume.
