Systems and methods for a material sensor for a material tank

A system having a material sensor system coupled to a material tank is provided. The material tank is configured to receive a quantity of the material and output a flow of the material. The material sensor system includes a float system coupled to an inner surface of the material tank. The float system includes a float configured float within a float cavity. The material sensor system includes a switch coupled to an outer surface of the material tank. The switch is communicatively coupled to the float system through a wall of the material tank, and the switch is configured to send one or more signals to a control system when the float engages the switch.

VAPORIZER DEVICE FOR HEALTH AND WELLNESS CARE

Methods and devices for atomizing a fragrant liquid can use a reservoir that receives a volume of a base liquid. One or more drops of a substance are added to the base liquid to form a volume of an aromatic liquid. A vaporizer atomizes the aromatic liquid, forming a mist that is emitted from the device. The device allows a user to customize the blend of substances that are used to form the aromatic liquid.

SENSING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DIRECT INJECTION SYSTEMS ON AGRICULTURAL SPRAYERS

A method for monitoring and controlling chemical concentration in a direct injection agricultural sprayer system monitors initial chemical concentration output from a chemical tank, carrier flow from a carrier tank, and mixed chemical concentration at nozzles of the spray system downstream of individual mixing points of the nozzles. Flow from the carrier tank and/or the chemical tank are controlled to target a set concentration at each of the nozzles. The initial chemical concentration establishes maximum concentration and a calibration curve for a chemical being applied and the mixed chemical concentration establishes an applied concentration in view of the calibration curve. A system is provided for the method.

Pump changeover algorithm for spray system

A method of actuating a double-action pump assembly with a reciprocating plunger includes signaling the reciprocating plunger to stop for a changeover period; while the pump is stopping, signaling the first inlet and outlet valves to close; while the first inlet and outlet valves are closing, signaling the second inlet and outlet valves to open, such that the second inlet and outlet valves begin to mechanically open at least a dwell period after the first inlet and outlet valves have entirely closed; and signaling the reciprocating plunger to begin moving while the second inlet and outlet valves are closing.

Tunable thermoplastic polymer sealants and tunable conductive thermoplastic polymer sealants, and edge seals and fillet seals produced from such sealants; and substrates, components and objects comprising the tunable edge seals and fillet seals, and methods for making and applying such edge seals and fillet seals are disclosed.

Proportioning pump, control systems and applicator apparatus

An absolute proportioning pumping system includes an electric motor assembly powering a first pump at a first flow rate and powering a second pump at a second flow rate. A proportioned fluid output includes a first fluid pumped by the first pump and a second fluid pumped by the second pump. The pumping system provides a desired ratio of the first fluid to the second fluid at the proportioned fluid output, relatively independently of pressure and flow rate at the output. In accord with further embodiments, a pump and motor assembly is mounted to and generally surrounded by a liquid tank. The pump and motor assembly may include a pair of fixed ratio outputs driven from a common motor, or may include a single variable output pump either slaved to a master pump or controlled through a timed bypass valve to control output flow rate.

Dispenser for binary viscous fluids with aggregate

Apparatus for blending and applying plural substances including aggregate onto an environmental substrate is shown and described. The apparatus includes optionally a single power plant, plural pumps each fed by a respective hopper, and a blender blending pumped materials together. Dispensing ratios of the two pumps are mutually adjustable. An onboard air compressor delivers compressed air for atomizing blended materials as they are dispensed with the aggregate. Because materials may be curable or hardenable, flushing is enabled. The apparatus may be a free standing wheeled device.

METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PROVIDING FLAT GLASS ELEMENTS WITH AN ANTI-CORROSION AGENT AND SEPARATION AGENT APPLICATION

A spray device includes a spray assembly. The spray assembly is configured to spray cleaning liquid towards a to-be-cleaned surface of a to-be-processed workpiece. The spray assembly includes a spray head and multiple liquid inlet pipelines. The spray assembly is configured to spray cleaning liquids with different concentrations, temperatures, and/or flow rates corresponding to different positions in a radial direction of the to-be-cleaned surface to cause a cleaning rate of the cleaning liquids at the different positions in the radial direction of the to-be-cleaned surface to be consistent.
