COATING AGENT VALVE
The disclosure relates to a coating agent valve for controlling a stream of a coating agent in an application device, in particular in an atomiser, having a movable valve element (2) which controls the stream of coating agent dependent on its position. The disclosure provides for the valve element (2) to be rotatable.
SEPARATING POWDER FILTER AND POWDER DELIVERY SYSTEM COMPRISING A SEPARATING POWDER FILTER
The invention relates to a separating powder filter, particularly for supplying different types and/or sorts of powder, as selected, to a powder delivery device. The separating powder filter comprises the following: a first powder inlet, at least one additional, second powder inlet, and a powder outlet. Either the first powder inlet or the at least one second powder inlet can be fluidically connected to the powder outlet of the separating powder filter.
Changeover device for coating media and coating system for coating objects
The invention relates to a changeover device for coating media having a plurality of supply units, each of which has at least one inlet, which can be connected to a reservoir, and an outlet, wherein a flow channel extends between the inlet and the outlet. At least one coupling unit which can be moved relative to the supply units has an entry and an exit which can be connected to an application device, wherein a through channel extends between the entry and the exit. The entry of the coupling unit is complementary to the outlets of the supply units so that the entrance of the coupling unit can be coupled to the outlet of one of the supply units and can be separated again therefrom. The coupling unit is designed as a pigging station. The invention further relates to a coating system for coating objects having such a changeover device.
SPRAY SYSTEM PUMP WASH SEQUENCE
A method for a system having a plurality of primary fluid sources and a fluid output with a common pump includes halting pumping of a first fluid, isolating the common pump from the fluid output and the primary fluid sources, connecting an inlet of the common pump to a solvent source and a compressed air source, and an outlet of the common pump to a waste fluid dump, filling the common pump with a first purge volume of solvent, cycling the common pump in a flush mode, operating the common pump in a timed flow mode, and connecting an inlet of the common pump to a second primary fluid source, and an outlet of the common pump to the output line, and starting pumping of a second fluid from the second primary fluid source through the output line.
Paint-spray line
A paint-spray line comprising a number of sprayers which are provided to discharge paint onto an item to be coated and are connected to a paint supply unit via a common main supply line is also suitable, to a particular extent and at an expense kept particularly low, for a need-based provision of individual quantities of paint which are kept at a particular minimum. For this purpose, the conveying device, provided for feeding paint into the main supply line is configured according to the invention as a single-piston pump.
Paint circulation system
A paint circulation system includes a paint reservoir, a pressure transducer, a servo motor driven pump, an electronic servo drive and controller, one or more paint applicators in a spray booth and an isolation valve. The pressure transducer provides a signal to the controller indicating the current pressure in the system. The servo pump is controlled by the controller and servo drive, draws paint from the reservoir and maintains the desired pressure in the system. The isolation valve is downstream from the applicators and is closed when paint is requested by the applicators. When paint is flowing to the applicators, the servo drive adjusts pump speed to maintain the desired system pressure as sensed by the pressure transducer. When paint is not requested, the isolation valve is open and the servo pump motor operates to provide a minimum flow rate to circulate paint from, and return it to, the reservoir.

COATING AGENT DEVICE AND COATING DEVICE
Various exemplary illustrations of a coating agent device are disclosed. In one example, a coating agent device may be a coating agent valve, e.g., for influencing the discharge of a coating agent. The coating agent device may include a plug-in or pluggable fastening base configured to facilitate a plug-in or pluggable mounting of the coating agent device. In some examples, the coating agent device may prevent relative rotation of the device relative to a mating component.
