At least one of the first support roller and the second support roller are supported on a bowed shaft such that at least one of the first and second support rollers is angled with respect to the direction of motion of the web.
Polyimide coating method and device
An embodiment of the present invention discloses a polyimide coating method, which includes the following steps: providing a glass substrate and at least one nozzle; applying the nozzle to a polyimide solution onto the glass substrate to form a polyimide film; and moving the glass substrate to have the glass substrate pass through a roller that includes a printing plate so that the roller that includes the printing plate shapes the polyimide film uniformly distributed on the glass substrate to have a surface of the polyimide film formed on the glass substrate uniform and flat. The present invention also provides a polyimide coating device. The polyimide coating method and device of the present invention shorten coating time of polyimide, increase coating efficiency, and reduce coating cost.
SLURRY APPLICATION DEVICE AND SLURRY APPLICATION METHOD
A slurry application device includes: a slurry supply unit configured to supply slurry to a surface of a traveling base material; a slurry application unit including a first roll body disposed at the downstream side in relation to the slurry supply unit and configured to press the first roll body against the slurry to apply the slurry onto the surface and to adjust an adhesion amount of the slurry such that a film thickness of the slurry becomes one time or more and two times or less of a target film thickness; and a slurry adhesion amount adjustment unit including a second roll body disposed at the downstream side in relation to the slurry application unit and configured to press the second roll body against the slurry to adjust the slurry adhesion amount such that the film thickness of the slurry becomes the target film thickness.
Fiber-Based Microwave Bowls with Selective Spray Coating
Methods and apparatus for vacuum forming and subsequently applying topical coatings fiber-based food containers. The slurry includes one or more of an embedded moisture barrier, vapor barrier, and oil barrier, and the topical coating comprises one or more of a vapor barrier, a moisture barrier, an oil barrier, and an oxygen barrier. For food containers having deep sidewalls, a spray coating system includes a first nozzle for applying a full cone spray pattern to the bottom surface of the container, and a second nozzle for applying a hollow cone spray pattern to the inside surfaces of the side walls.
Organic layer deposition apparatus and method of manufacturing organic light-emitting display device by using the same
An organic layer deposition apparatus, and a method of manufacturing an organic light-emitting display device using the organic layer deposition apparatus. The organic layer deposition apparatus includes: an electrostatic chuck that fixedly supports a substrate that is a deposition target; a deposition unit including a chamber maintained at a vacuum and an organic layer deposition assembly for depositing an organic layer on the substrate fixedly supported by the electrostatic chuck; and a first conveyor unit for moving the electrostatic chuck fixedly supporting the substrate into the deposition unit, wherein the first conveyor unit passes through inside the chamber, and the first conveyor unit includes a guide unit having a receiving member for supporting the electrostatic chuck to be movable in a direction.
Film coating apparatus
In general, according to one embodiment, a film coating apparatus includes a discharge section configured to discharge a film formation material; a voltage application section configured to apply a voltage to the film formation material, and to set the film formation material at a high potential relative to a film formation object which is subjected to film formation; a mask disposed at a position overlapping a non-coating portion of the film formation object along a direction from the discharge section toward the non-coating portion; and a potential adjusting module configured to make a potential of the mask equal to a potential of the film formation object.
HOOF TREATMENT ARRANGEMENT AND METHOD FOR HOOF TREATMENT
A hoof treatment arrangement arranged to spray a liquid onto hooves of animals while they are stationary in a stall of an animal arrangement includes an identification system configured to identify animals, an automatic detector arrangement configured to determine the hoof status for animals, an automatic spray device, and a control arrangement. The control arrangement is operatively connected to an information database of the animal arrangement, which includes animal specific information for a plurality of animals housed in the animal arrangement; the identification system, to obtain information regarding the identity of each of the plurality of animals; the automatic detector arrangement, to obtain information regarding the hoof status for each of the identified animals; and the automatic spray device, to control the automatic spray device.
HANDLING DEVICE FOR OPENING A FLAP, AND CORRESPONDING METHOD
A handling device is provided for opening a flap portion of a component part to be coated, in particular for opening a door or hood of a motor-vehicle body component part in a painting installation. The handling device includes a handling robot with a robot arm and a gripper mounted on the robot arm. The gripper is configured for engaging an engagement region or grip region on the flap to be opened, to enable the handling robot to open the flap with the gripper. The handling device further includes a sensor for non-contact sensing of the position of the gripper relative to the flap, to enable the gripper to be positioned relative to the engagement region on the flap. The sensor measures the distance from the handling device to the outside of the flap to be opened.
Inkjet system for printing a printed circuit board
A printing process for printing an ink pattern on a substrate is provided. The ink pattern to be printed is based on an available pattern layout. The pattern layout defines a desired layout of the ink pattern to be printed. Based on the pattern layout an input image for allocating dot positions of the ink pattern is generated. The printing process includes a step of comparing a scan image with the input image to carry out a quality inspection to detect any print defects in the printed ink pattern. The printing process includes a step of providing a decision on an approval or a rejection of the printed ink pattern. In case of an approval, the substrate can be supplied to a subsequent processing station to finalize the substrate. In case of a rejection, the substrate including print defects can be recycled.
