Methods and systems for masking and racking metal pipe fittings during powder coating
Systems and methods for protecting threads of metal pipes while coating the metal pipes with a protective coating are disclosed herein. Innovative metal couplings are used to protect the threads while a protective coating is applied to the metal pipes. The couplings are reusable and result in multiple efficiency improvements over previous methods and systems. Benefits include elimination of plastic caps and reduced waste, improved flowthrough in the powder coating process, more efficient thermo transfer in the thermal chamber, and an increase in the overall capacity of the powder coating operation.
VANE COATING APPARATUS
To prevent a height difference from being produced between a metal sheath and a paint layer formed on a vane surface of a vane body. A coating apparatus includes a jig adapted to support a guide vane equipped with a metal sheath for covering a leading edge portion; a nozzle adapted to spray paint onto a vane body; a robot adapted to move the nozzle; and a control unit adapted to control a spraying operation of the nozzle and robot. The jig includes a movable covering body adapted to separably cover the metal sheath and cover an exposed portion of adhesive between a lateral edge portion of the metal sheath and the vane surface of the vane body, and a covering body drive unit adapted to move the movable covering body between a state in which the movable covering body covers the metal sheath and a state in which the movable covering body is separated from the metal sheath while covering the metal sheath. The control unit performs control to make transition from a sheath cladding coating mode to a finish coating mode.
PROCESSING DEVICE FOR METAL MATERIALS
A processing device for a metal material, containing: an airtight container for housing a specimen thereinside; an oxygen pump for extracting oxygen molecules from a gas discharged from the airtight container; a circulation means for returning the gas into the airtight container; and a plasma generation means present inside the airtight container for converting the gas returned from the circulation means into plasma and exposing the specimen thereto.
Spray Booth Spray Racks
A paint rack having an attachment support bar, three leg portions, and three grate attachment portions, the three grate attachment portions matably attachable to a floor grate, the three leg portions mounted on top of the three grate attachment portions and extending upwardly from the grate attachment portions, the attachment support bar connected to the three leg portions, and extending upwardly from the three leg portions.
Mold paint-spraying device
A mold paint-spraying device includes a frame and a mold fixed to the frame. A motor is fixed to the frame, an output end of the motor is fixedly connected to a mounting rack, a servo motor and a linear guide rail are fixedly connected to the mounting rack, a rail slide is arranged on the linear guide rail, a screw nut is fixed on the rail slide, a spray gun is fixed on the screw nut, and an output end of the servo motor is connected with a screw matching the screw nut.
Device to facilitate painting of molding
A device to facilitate painting of a molding, the device including a base having a bottom surface to contact an external surface, and a plurality of pyramid portions to extend away from a top surface of the base, such that the plurality of pyramid portions are linearly disposed along the base to form a plurality of notches between adjacent pyramid portions.
Coating apparatus
A coating apparatus includes a process chamber, a rotation device, and a rotation holder. The rotation device is disposed in the process chamber. The rotation holder is connected to the rotation device. The rotation holder includes two extension elements, two retaining elements, and two pins. The two extension elements are disposed around a center axis and separated from each other, wherein each of the two extension elements has a side surface. Each of the two retaining elements has a bottom surface, one of the two retaining elements is connected to one of the side surfaces, and the other of the two retaining elements is connected to the other of the side surfaces. One of the two pins is connected to one of the bottom surfaces, and the other of the two pins is connected to the other of the bottom surfaces.

System and method for applying material to a bicycle frame
A method for applying material to a bicycle frame includes determining, via a controller, at least one physical dimension of the bicycle frame. The method also includes determining, via the controller, a distance setting between at least two material applicators. In addition, the method includes determining, via the controller, a pattern size of material sprayed onto the bicycle frame by each of the at least two material applicators. Further, the method includes adjusting, via the controller, a position setting of the at least two material applicators based at least in part on the distance setting and pattern size. Moreover, the method includes applying, via the controller, material onto the bicycle frame through the at least two material applicators.
SPRAY RACK SYSTEM
A system for retaining and maneuvering workpiece items to be spray-coated, the system including a workpiece hanger mount including a body portion, two side portions extending downward from the body portion to form an upper open space therebetween, two flange portions extending inwardly respectively from proximate distal ends of the two side portions to form a lower open space therebetween, and a groove formed in an upper surface of each of the flange portions, and one or more workpiece hangers including a lower portion configured to be attached to a workpiece, and an upper portion having two side tabs extending away from one another and configured to be selectively received in the respective grooves formed in the flange portions of the hanger mount, wherein a workpiece is hung from the system by attaching the workpiece to one of the workpiece hangers and mounting the workpiece hanger in the hanger mount.
