A physical therapy device for pets contains: a current output unit, a comb body, and a conductive platform. The current output unit is electrically connected to a power to supply an output current and control a current value of the output current. The comb body includes a first terminal and a second terminal, a side of the first terminal has a first brushes which are made of a plurality of conductive materials. The first terminal is separately electrically connected to the current output unit, and the second terminal is held by a user. The conductive platform is electrically connected to the current output unit so that the current output unit outputs the current to the pets via the first brushes.

A therapy electrode apparatus for dispensing conductive gel to skin of a patient wearing a wearable defibrillator includes a therapy electrode, at least one reservoir comprising the conductive gel, and a gel deployment device comprising at least two reactive chemicals. The at least one reservoir is configured to release the conductive gel between the therapy electrode and a patient's skin prior to a delivery of one or more therapeutic shocks. The gel deployment device configured to, on receiving a treatment signal from a controller of the wearable defibrillator operably connected to the gel deployment device, cause the at least two reactive chemicals to come into contact to produce a pressurized fluid to release the conductive gel from the at least one reservoir between the therapy electrode and the patient's skin.

An implantable stimulator includes a housing configured to be implanted beneath a skin surface of a patient and having a first surface adapted to face inwardly into tissue of the patient at or near a target tissue location; pulse generation circuitry located within the housing and electrically coupled to at least two electrodes, the pulse generation circuitry being adapted to deliver stimulation sessions by way of the at least two electrodes to the target tissue location, wherein each stimulation session included in the stimulation sessions has a duration of T3 minutes and a rate of occurrence of once every T4 minutes, wherein a ratio of T3 to T4 is no greater than 0.05; and a primary battery contained within the housing and electrically coupled to the pulse generation circuitry, the primary battery having an internal impedance greater than 5 ohms.

An electrotherapy device capable of gradually increasing the intensity of stimulation is provided with a voltage regulation circuit, which is electrically connected to a DC power supply unit, a control unit, and a pulse output circuit respectively, and can regulate the voltage output to the pulse output circuit according to a control signal received from the control unit, in order for the waveforms of the electrical pulses output from the pulse output circuit to vary in modulated intensity, modulated waveforms, modulated frequencies and modulated rest period durations, and for the output current output from the pulse output circuit to each electrode pad to gradually increase from a low value to a predetermined value. The electrotherapy device can thus stimulate corresponding acupoints on a human body with gradually increasing intensity and thereby simulate the forces and tactile sensations of a typical manual massage on those acupoints by hand.
