DEVICE FOR COATING CYLINDER

A device for coating a cylinder includes a coating head capable of being inserted into the cylinder, a plurality of coating guns which are provided on the coating head and are configured to discharge a coating material in a direction intersecting a longitudinal direction of the coating head, and a rotating cover which, when the coating material is discharged from one of a first coating gun and a second coating gun among the plurality of coating guns, is configured to cover the other of the first coating gun and the second coating gun, in which the plurality of coating guns are connected to coating material supply devices of different systems, respectively.

DEVICE FOR COATING INSIDE OF ARTIFICIAL BLOOD VESSEL

The present invention relates to a device for coating the inside of an artificial blood vessel and, to explain more specifically, to a device for coating the inside of an artificial blood vessel inserted into the body of a human for a medical purpose, which is configured to be able to selectively coat just the inside of a lumen of the artificial blood vessel with a bioactive substance for inhibiting neointimal hyperplasia, in order to prevent a side effect, such as angiostenosis or inflammation, from occurring in an area connecting the artificial blood vessel and a blood vessel in the body.

Method for applying a treatment fluid to interior surfaces of an aircraft fuselage

Methods are provided by which a treatment fluid (e.g., a liquid corrosion inhibitor) may be applied onto the interior surfaces of an aircraft fuselage. The methods include (a) deploying an automated guided vehicle (AGV) comprising a carriage assembly and a robotic spray system carried by the carriage assembly within the interior of the fuselage, (b) closing the cabin door opening of the fuselage with the AGV positioned therewithin, and (c) operating the AGV so as to move within the fuselage along a longitudinal axis thereof to spray the treatment fluid onto the surfaces thereof.

Adhesive-distributing device and method for adhesively bonding hollow profiles using the adhesive-distributing device

An adhesive-distributing device for use in repairing or reconditioning a hollow profile includes an adapter body, in which is arranged at least one channel system made up of at least two channels connected to one another. At least one channel is connected to an injection opening for injecting adhesive into the channel system. Each channel is designed with at least one exit opening.

Blackbody material application system for a turbine

A blackbody material application system for a turbine. The system includes a blackbody material supply and a moveable hose connected to the blackbody material supply wherein the hose sprays blackbody material onto a selected area within the turbine. The system also includes a rotatable bracket that holds the hose, wherein rotation of the bracket moves the hose toward the selected area within the turbine to enable application of the blackbody material onto the selected area. In addition, the system includes a motor for rotating the bracket and a moveable arm that holds the bracket wherein the bracket is inserted through an opening in the turbine and movement of the arm enables positioning of the bracket and hose in relative close proximity to the selected area suitable for spraying blackbody material onto the selected area.

A repair device for repairing a hole in a part includes a resin tank and an injector endpiece connected to the tank. The endpiece is designed to be inserted in the hole. The endpiece includes at least one injection orifice enabling resin to be injected into at least one cavity situated around the endpiece. The endpiece can be extracted from the hole after the resin has hardened.

AUTOMATED SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR APPLYING A FLUID TO INTERIOR SURFACES OF AN AIRCRAFT FUSELAGE

Systems and methods are provided by which a treatment fluid (e.g., a liquid corrosion inhibitor) may be applied onto the interior surfaces of an aircraft fuselage which employ an automated guided vehicle (AGV) comprising a carriage assembly and a robotic spray system carried by the carriage assembly supported by a support platform positioned laterally of an aircraft fuselage in alignment with the cabin door opening thereof. The AGV may thus be deployable through the cabin door opening of the fuselage to a deployed position within the interior of the fuselage so as to be moveable along a longitudinal axis of the fuselage to allow the robotic spray assembly to spray the treatment fluid onto interior surfaces of the fuselage. A sealing door assembly located rearwardly of the AGV which is moveable relative to a door opening in the fuselage may also be provided so as to sealingly close the door opening of the fuselage when the AGV is deployed within the interior of the fuselage.
