APPARATUS FOR WITHDRAWING SPRAYED PAINT AND WITHDRAWAL PLATE SUITABLE THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a withdrawal plate suitable for an apparatus for withdrawing a sprayed paint to solve a failure of a painting facility and a contamination problem due to paint sludge, which includes: a square frame constituted by left and right side frames 91, an upper frame 92, and a base frame 93; and slats 94 arranged at a predetermined interval within the square frame, in which the left and right side frames 91 facing each other are included in one direction, and the slat 94 is fixed the left and right side frames 91 in an oblique state so that a front is lifted up and moves down backwards when viewed from the side, and multiple slats are consecutively arranged at a predetermined interval in a vertical direction.
COATING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING COATING APPARATUS
A coating apparatus includes a first module and a second module constituting a coating area where a coating target is coated. The first module includes a first frame and a coating robot. The second module includes a second frame. When the first module and the second module are arranged to adjoin each other in a movement path direction in which the coating target relatively moves along the coating area, the first frame of the first module and the second frame of the second module that are arranged to adjoin each other are configured to be coupled together.
PRODUCTION LINE OF CA ABRASIVE
A production line of a CA abrasive, including: a belt mold, the belt mold being provided with a cavity; a transmission device, configured to drive the belt mold to run; a slurry coating mechanism, configured to coat a slurry on a surface and into the cavity of the belt mold; a slurry scraping mechanism, configured to scrap the slurry coated on the surface of the belt mold into the cavity; a drying mechanism, configured to dry the belt mold so that the slurry is dried and precipitated into abrasive grains; a separation mechanism, arranged below the drying mechanism and configured to shake down the abrasive grains in the cavity of the belt mold by vibrating; a sweeping mechanism, configured to sweep slurry fragments of the belt mold after separation; and a release agent coating mechanism, configured to spray a release agent to the swept belt mold.
DRY FILTER MODULE FOR USE IN SPRAY BOOTH
A dry filter module adapted for use with a paint spray booth having an under section inlet for conducting a flow of contaminated air and an under section outlet for conducting a flow of filtered air includes at least one movable cart formed with a housing having one or more surfaces for providing a housing inlet and a housing outlet, at least one filter media element arranged within the housing, and at least one seal provided around the one or more surfaces for sealing between the housing inlet and the under section inlet and also between the housing outlet and the under section outlet. The movable cart is operated to move for making contact with the at least one seal between the housing and the spray booth such that the housing of the movable cart and the spray booth are connected and sealed to each other.

Filter and filter assembly for paint overspray capture
The disclosed technology includes an air filter box for filtering particulates from air. The air filter box can include a filter media pack having a filter layer and a plurality of filter media supports configured to support the filter layer. The air filter box can also include a filter housing having an inlet, an outlet, and a plurality of support tabs configured to align and support the filter media pack inside of the filter housing. The filter media pack can be configured to be folded and placed inside of the housing for cooperative engagement with the support tabs. The filter box can be configured to channel a mixture of air and particulates from the inlet, through the filter media pack, and out the outlet to create filtered air.
Filtering apparatus with at least one filter unit
A filtering apparatus having a housing with lateral, upstream and downstream walls, and a top plate disposed at a significant angle to incoming overspray air to accelerate and guide the particulate-laden air. The angle of the top plate directs the air upstream and away from the filters so the larger solids impact the top plate and wall and adhere, removing paint from the air. Larger solids too massive to turn while accelerating through an opening into an entry chamber collect on the upstream sidewall and the highly filtered air flows toward filter units disposed downstream of the entry opening. Lighter solids that flow downstream are removed by the filtration media. An overhang of the angled top plate reduces flow into the filter units of collected solids.
