Corrosion protection for plasma gun nozzles and method of protecting gun nozzles
Nozzle for thermal spray gun, thermal spray gun and method for forming nozzle. Nozzle includes a nozzle body having a central bore and an exterior surface structured for insertion into a thermal spray gun and a water coolable surface coating applied onto at least a portion of the exterior surface. The water coolable surface coating is structured to protect the exterior surface from a chemical interaction with cooling water guided through the thermal spray gun.
Apparatus and methods for processing digitally printed textile materials
A machine for processing textile substrates includes a base configured to receive a substrate support carrying a textile substrate, and may further include a nozzle assembly supported above the base for applying pretreatment liquid to a pretreatment area of the substrate during relative movement between the nozzle assembly and the substrate support along a conveying direction. A forced air assembly is supported above the base for movement transverse to the conveying direction. A controller that controls the relative movement between the substrate support and the nozzle assembly along the conveying direction, or the movement of the forced air assembly along the second axis based on information related to a pretreatment area or a print area of the textile substrate in order to direct heated air from the forced air assembly onto an area of the textile substrate substantially corresponding to the pretreatment area or the print area.

Landscape sprinkler head access device
A sprinkler head protector is a cylinder with a sleeve-style base having two differently configured caps. The first cap is a flat cap with a center hole. The second cap is a two-part split cap in the overall shape of a donut. A center opening in the first and second cap allows a sprinkler head to smoothly extend through the opening. Should repair or replacement of the sprinkler head be desired, either cap is removed thereby facilitating replacement of the sprinkler head.
WET ATOMIZER
Provided is a wet atomizer for processing all-solid-state battery raw materials while ensuring sealing property, operability after completion of processing, and maintenance property. The wet atomizer includes a liquid supply pump for supplying the all-solid-state battery raw materials, a pressure intensifier for pressurizing the all-solid-state battery raw materials supplied from the liquid supply pump, a high-pressure filter for filtering the all-solid-state battery raw materials pressurized by the pressure intensifier, a chamber for injecting the all-solid-state battery raw materials filtered by the high-pressure filter, a sealing member for sealing the space for processing the all-solid-state battery raw materials, and an inert gas supply unit for supplying an inert gas to the sealing member.
SPRAY BOTTLE HAVING HINGING AND LOCKING SPRAY HEAD ASSEMBLY WITH REPLACEABLE COMPONENTS, AND MULTI-LABEL SYSTEMS
A spray bottle assembly includes a bottle having a neck, and a spray head assembly having a base cap configured to removably attach to the neck. The base cap has a feature that rotationally locks the base cap relative to the neck to constrain the spray head assembly in a predetermined plane. A multi-label system for a spray bottle includes: at least one strip, the strip including connected labels with differing information printed on each side, each label including a ring for positioning on a neck of the spray bottle. A pumping mechanism for a spray bottle includes: a unibody plunger having a sleeve section that variably inverts and overlaps an end thereof thus defining an internal volume that varies with the disposition of the sleeve section relative to the end. A pivoting head section that allows servicing of functional seal components.
ATOMIZER CHANGING SYSTEM FOR MULTI-AXIS HOLLOW-WRIST COATING ROBOTS
Described herein is an atomizer changing system, including a master unit and at least one slave unit, where the master unit has at least the following components: a releasable connecting element, surrounding a center of the master unit, for a nonpositive and positive connection (KS, FS) of the master unit to the slave unit, a coupling plate arranged in the center of the master unit and having a plurality of coupling points for supplying an atomizer that can be connected thereto with substances, energy and/or information, and an adapter for connecting the master unit to a hollow wrist of a coating robot; and where the slave unit has at least the following components: a coupling plate for connecting the slave unit to the master unit and to the atomizer; and a releasable connecting element for connecting the slave unit to the atomizer.

Spray pattern monitoring
A spray pattern monitoring system includes a spray sensor disposed proximate an outlet of a spray nozzle. The spray sensor has one or more optical sensors configured to emit directional light, such as laser pulses, towards the expected position of a liquid spray emitted from the nozzle. The spray sensor can detect the absence or presence of the liquid spray based on returns of the directional light to the optical sensor.
Spray nozzle assembly
A wear part includes at least one wear component made from abrasion-resistant material and an upper seal groove around a central aperture on the upper face of the wear part. The upper seal groove is adapted to receive an axially compressible seal. A spray nozzle assembly includes at least one wear part made from a hard and abrasion-resistant material and a protective housing made from a strong and resilient material and having a downstream chamber adapted to receive one or more of the wear parts in releasably trapped relationship, the downstream chamber having a wall including a post defined by a slot in the downstream chamber wall either side of the post, the post including an inwardly extending protuberance at or near its end and adapted to prevent the wear part from escaping from the downstream chamber.
