PAINT SPRAY NOZZLE FOR A PAINT SPRAY SYSTEM
A paint spray nozzle is provided for a paint spray system. The nozzle includes a single-piece body having a conduit portion. The conduit portion includes a first surface defining a first passage that terminates at an orifice along a longitudinal axis and a second surface that defines a second passage along the longitudinal axis. The second passage is fluidly connected to the orifice. The orifice is configured to direct the paint to flow along a flow path through the second passage. The second surface defines an inlet cross-sectional width positioned at the orifice and an outlet cross-sectional width positioned at an outlet. The outlet cross-sectional width is larger than the inlet cross-sectional width, such that the paint that deposits on the second surface is positioned relative to the longitudinal axis to be re-absorbed into the flow path of the paint.

AUTOMATIC ANALYZER
An automatic analyzer dispenses each specimen and reagent in a reaction vessel so as to make the specimen and the reagent react with each other and measures a liquid obtained by the reaction. The automatic analyzer includes a plurality of dispensing mechanisms; a controller which controls the plurality of dispensing mechanisms; a normal cleaning tank dedicated to each of the dispensing mechanisms, which is provided at a position where only one of the plurality of dispensing mechanisms accesses, and performs normal cleaning with respect to the dispensing mechanism that has accessed; and a special cleaning tank shared by each of the dispensing mechanisms, which is provided at a position where all of the plurality of dispensing mechanisms access, and performs cleaning different from the normal cleaning with respect to the dispensing mechanism that has accessed.

Air purging apparatus for a coater
An air purging coater apparatus is disclosed for purging mixed components from the apparatus disposed in a pipeline at a pipeline site. The apparatus includes a remote-controlled apparatus for insertion within the pipeline at the pipeline site. The remote-controlled apparatus includes a drive for controllably moving the remote-controlled apparatus internally within the pipeline. A high-pressure mixing device defines a first and second inlet controllably connected to a pressurized and further pressurized source respectively of a first and second component. The high-pressure mixing device defines a high-pressure mixing chamber connected to the first and the second inlets for mixing together the first and second components. The high-pressure mixing device defines an outlet connected to the high-pressure mixing chamber for receiving a flow therethrough of the mixed components. A spin head defines an internal conical surface and a baffle so that the mixed components are applied to an inside surface of the pipeline. The high-pressure mixing device is controllably movable from an application disposition thereof to a purging disposition. In the purging disposition, the flow of the mixed components is terminated and a source of pressurized air flows into and through the first and second inlets and the high-pressure mixing chamber and the outlet for purging any residual mixed components from the high-pressure mixing device thereby avoiding any need for the use of a potentially hazardous solvent.

Paint refilling device for cartridge
The present application relates to a cartridge paint refilling device. More specifically the subject matter of the application relates to cleaning the paint adhered to the feed tube of the cartridge and prevent reduction of the painting quality and undesirable rotation caused by the paint residue. An annular flow path extending from a base end side towards a front end side in the insertion direction is disposed between the feed tube of the cartridge and the feed tube insertion hole of the cartridge supporting member. The cartridge supporting member is provided with a feed tube cleaning pipeline whose upstream side is connected with the circulation pipeline disposed at the cartridge supporting member and whose downstream side becomes a cleaning fluid discharge port and pens at the base end side of the annular flow path; and a pipeline witching valve which blocks communication between the circulation pipeline and the feed tube cleaning pipeline when the paint and the cleaning fluid are supplied to the paint chamber of the cartridge, and enables communication between the circulation pipeline and the feed tube cleaning pipeline when the cleaning fluid is supplied to the annular flow path.
