Foam soap-providing machine with function of recycling soap-liquid
A foam soap-providing machine with function of recycling soap-liquid, which comprises: a container containing a soap-liquid and having a soap-releasing portion; a shell-group including at least two detachable shell-bodies combinedly disposed on the outer peripheral surface of the soap-releasing portion; and a faucet mounted on the upper end of the soap-releasing portion and having a soap-feeding portion provided for flowing out the pressurized soap-liquid; wherein the soap-feeding portion has a joint end; wherein a foam-generating module used to generate a foam and a foam-recycling module used to recycle the extruded unused foam are comprised in the shell-group; thereby it can generate foam and recycle the remaining foam in the soap-releasing portion through a single motor. Accordingly, the present invention greatly saves the structural volume and prevents the soap-liquid from being dropped outside and wasted.
APPLICATOR COMPRISING A SEALING MEMBRANE
The disclosure concerns an applicator (e.g. print head) for applying a coating agent (e.g. paint) to a component (e.g. motor vehicle body component), having a nozzle chamber with a plurality of nozzles for dispensing the coating agent in the form of continuous jets or droplets, the coating agent flowing during operation through the nozzle chamber to the nozzles so that the nozzle chamber is filled with the coating agent during operation. The print head further comprises a plurality of slidable valve needles associated with the individual nozzles and selectively opening or closing the respective nozzle depending on the position of the valve needles. Furthermore, the print head according to the disclosure contains an actuator chamber for receiving actuators for displacing the valve needles. In addition, the applicator according to the disclosure has a sealing element which fluidically separates the actuator chamber from the nozzle chamber in order to avoid contamination of the actuator chamber with the coating agent in the nozzle chamber. The disclosure provides that the sealing element is designed such that the individual valve needles can be displaced independently of one another without a displacement of one of the valve needles impairing the opening and closing of the nozzles at the adjacent valve needle.
Fluid dispensing and recirculation valve
A fluid recirculation and dispenser valve unit of a fluid comprises a fluid recirculation and dispenser valve and a cartridge in which an axial valve seat is made which at least partially houses said valve. Said valve comprises a valve body and a valve rod which extends partially in said valve body and which is axially movable between a closed rearward position of the valve and an open forward position of the valve. The axial valve seat comprises a proximal recirculation portion, which communicates fluidically with a recirculation duct, and a distal dispenser portion in fluidic communication with a dispenser duct.

METHOD FOR MONITORING AND/OR MODIFYING AN ACTIVE AGENT CONCENTRATION IN A SPRAY LIQUID OF A SPRAY DEVICE
A method for monitoring and/or modifying an active agent concentration in a spray liquid of a spray device including a plurality of spray nozzle units for deploying the spray liquid for agricultural purposes. The method includes receiving one property signal each including a piece of property information of the spray liquid detected with the aid of a sensor unit of the spray device in a through-flow area of one each of the spray nozzle units, an active agent concentration in the spray liquid being ascertainable using the piece of property information; and outputting an information signal to a display unit and/or a control signal to an intermixing unit and/or a delivery unit of the spray device as a function of the received piece of property information of the spray liquid and/or of an active agent concentration in the spray liquid ascertained using the piece of property information.
Proportioning pump, control systems and applicator apparatus
An absolute proportioning pumping system includes an electric motor assembly powering a first pump at a first flow rate and powering a second pump at a second flow rate. A proportioned fluid output includes a first fluid pumped by the first pump and a second fluid pumped by the second pump. The pumping system provides a desired ratio of the first fluid to the second fluid at the proportioned fluid output, relatively independently of pressure and flow rate at the output. In accord with further embodiments, a pump and motor assembly is mounted to and generally surrounded by a liquid tank. The pump and motor assembly may include a pair of fixed ratio outputs driven from a common motor, or may include a single variable output pump either slaved to a master pump or controlled through a timed bypass valve to control output flow rate.
