COATING DEVICE AND CORRESPONDING COATING PROCESS
The disclosure concerns a coating device and a corresponding coating process for coating components, in particular motor vehicle body components, with a coating agent (e.g. paint), with a coating robot with a first printhead which is mounted on the coating robot. The disclosure provides that the first printhead is exchangeably mounted on the coating robot and can be exchanged for a second printhead during a color change. Another variant of the disclosure, on the other hand, provides for a second printhead to be mounted on the coating robot in addition to the first printhead, the two printheads each applying a specific coating agent in order to enable a color change without changing the printhead.
SYSTEM AND METHOD TO AUTO-PRESSURIZE PRIOR TO DISPENSE IN A CIRCULATION DISPENSE SYSTEM
A system for generating and dispensing plural component materials includes a controller operatively connected to dispense valves and return valves. The return valves are in respective open states to allow constituent materials to circulate back to a source and are in respective closed states to block circulation. The dispense valves are in respective open states to allow mixing of the constituent materials to form the plural component material and in respective closed states to prevent generation and dispense. The controller implements a delay between closing the return valves and opening the dispense valves to build pressure in the system prior to generating and dispensing the plural component material.
IMPROVED VALVE ECONTROLED SPRAYING SYSTEM
A liquid spraying system having a liquid spray section and a controller for controlling liquid to the spray section. The controller includes a valve operable between multiple positions for controlling the supply of liquid to the spray section and enabling the flow of liquid from the spray section to a flow back line only after the liquid supply to the spray section has been terminated.

Machine proximate nebulizer
Systems and methods for providing respiratory therapy are disclosed. The system includes a nebulizer operable to aerosolize a medicament, a cylindrical mixing chamber, an impacting cap and a recirculation tube. The mixing chamber has an inlet port, an outlet port, an aerosol port in fluid communication with the nebulizer, and a drainage port. The inlet port receives a flow of breathing gas. The mixing chamber receives the aerosol via the aerosol port, entrains aerosol into the flow of breathing gas, and delivers the breathing gas entrained with aerosol to the outlet port. The impacting cap receives and coalesces a portion of the aerosol into droplets within the space defined by the mixing chamber and the impacting cap. The mixing chamber is also configured to direct rain-out resulting from the droplets to the drainage port. The system also includes a recirculation tube to return the rain-out to the nebulizer.
SELF FLUSHING FLOW RESTRICTOR FOR A FLUID DISPENSING SYSTEM
In one example, a fluid flow restrictor has a housing outlet offset from a housing inlet along a fluid flow direction so as to define a channel therebetween. A rotatable body that is disposed in the channel defines a bore that extends entirely therethrough such that the bore defines a bore inlet and a bore outlet. The flow restrictor has an interior surface disposed in the bore that defines an orifice having a cross-sectional dimension that is less than a cross-sectional dimension of the channel such that the orifice can restrict a flow of fluid as the fluid flows between the housing inlet and outlet. The rotatable body is rotatable between 1) a first orientation, where the bore outlet is offset from the bore inlet along the fluid flow direction, and 2) a second orientation, where the bore inlet is offset from the bore outlet along the fluid flow direction.
COATING AGENT PUMP, COATING INSTALLATION AND ASSOCIATED OPERATING METHOD
The disclosure relates to a coating agent pump for conveying a coating agent in a coating installation, having a pump inlet, an inlet section, a pump outlet and an outlet section. The coating agent pump according to the disclosure additionally has an outlet-side circulation connection for discharging the coating agent into a circulation line that leads back to a paint supply. Furthermore, the disclosure comprises a corresponding coating installation and an associated operating method.

PAINTING DEVICE
A painting device equipped with a painting head having multiple nozzles that discharge coating material toward an object of painting. The painting device includes a supply passage that supplies the coating material to the painting head, and a return flow passage that returns, to the upstream side of the supply passage. A portion of the coating material supplied to the painting head that was not discharged from the multiple nozzles is possessed by the painting head, wherein the supply passage, the painting head, and the return flow passage constitute a coating material circulation passage. The coating material circulation passage is divided into multiple segments, each of which contains at least one of the multiple circuit component parts arranged in the coating material circulation passage or the painting head, and wherein the coating material circulation passage allows the multiple segments to be cleaned individually.
Applicator, in particular rotary atomiser
The disclosure relates to an applicator (RZ), in particular a rotary atomizer, for the application of a coating agent, in particular a two-component paint, comprising a first coating agent connection (SL) for feeding a first coating agent, in particular a basic resin of a two-component paint, a first coating agent strand (L1-L4), which extends in the applicator (RZ) from the first coating agent connection (SL) and carries the first coating agent, and a first valve (SLV1), which is arranged in the first coating agent strand (L1-L4) and controls the flow of the first coating agent, wherein the first valve (SLV1) can be controlled by a first control signal. It is proposed that a first pressure-relief valve (SLV1), which is actuated by its own medium, is arranged in the first coating agent strand (L1-L4) and, to avoid a problem being caused by excessive pressure, opens automatically when the pressure upstream of the first pressure-relief valve (SLV1) exceeds a certain maximum pressure.
