Method, apparatus, and device for controlling moxibustion manipulator
A method, apparatus, and device for controlling a moxibustion manipulator are disclosed. The method includes: acquiring acupuncture point position information; determining coordinate information of the moxibustion manipulator based on the acupuncture point position information and safe distance information, and controlling the moxibustion manipulator to move to a position corresponding to the coordinate information; acquiring coordinate information of a light spot, and determining a plane corresponding to the light spot based on the coordinate information of the light spot; determining rotation angle information of the moxibustion manipulator based on the plane corresponding to the light spot, the rotation angle information being used to adjust an angle of the manipulator relative to the plane corresponding to the light spot; and controlling, based on the rotation angle information, the moxibustion manipulator to adjust the angle.
Acupuncture needles with accessories for sensing and stimulation
A sensing and monitoring system can use acupuncture needle-based electrodes for sensing signals from a person and/or delivering stimulation to the person. In various embodiments, the electrodes can include partially insulated acupuncture needles. In various embodiments, the electrodes can include partially insulated or non-insulated acupuncture needles and one or more electrodes incorporated into a needle stopper configured as a guiding tube for an acupuncture needle or integrated into an acupuncture needle.

METHOD FOR CONTROLLING ACUPRESSURE FORCE AND BODY SCAN IN REAL-TIME
The present invention relates to a method for controlling an acupressure force and a body scan in real-time and, more specifically, the method comprises the steps of: (a) setting a reference vertical height for each horizontal position of an acupressure part, and setting a target acupressure force within the range of the reference vertical height; (b) calculating a current measurement acupressure force by means of a user's load measurement data applied to a load cell; and (c) comparing the target acupressure force with the current measurement acupressure force so as to control the vertical height of the acupressure part. That is, the present invention presents a method for controlling a body scan in real-time, the method enabling: an inflection point of a driving current measurement value applied to a horizontal driving motor to be measured during the horizontal driving of an acupressure part in an initial massage process, so as to reflect, on an acupressure force correction value, a deviation between a vertical position of the acupressure part corresponding to the inflection point and a reference vertical position, for each horizontal position, stored in a database, thereby calculating a new target acupressure force; and the new target acupressure force to be reflected in acupressure control such that an acupressure force suitable for a user can be provided during a massage.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SKIN STABILIZATION AND POSITIONING
Exemplary embodiments of a method, device, and apparatus for positioning an apparatus on a location of a tissue. For example, a substantially rigid film over an area of tissue to be treated can be provided. The film can include a positioning arrangement that facilitates a particular spatial engagement with the apparatus. The exemplary method can further include applying a portion of the film to a portion of a surface of the tissue and positioning the apparatus at the location by the engagement of the film to the apparatus using the feature of the film.
Automatic acupuncture robot
A medical apparatus for performing electroacupuncture for treatment of traumatic brain injury and cerebral thrombosis is disclosed. The device comprising a 6-DOF (Degree of freedom) Robotic arm, a multi-functional tool tip, an acupuncture friendly MRI helmet and a Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The Acupuncture Robot is able to operate with certain needles automatically by inserting a needle, turning, or shaking in certain frequency ranges and apply electrical stimulation to enhance the effects.

Soft Tissue Mobilization Instrument Utilizing Thumb Cup
A soft tissue mobilization instrument for use in the treatment of the soft tissue of a person being treated by a practitioner having a handle structured for grasping by the hand of the practitioner, an offset body engaging, elongated, elliptical shaped thumb cup working member, and an index finger guide connecting the handle and the working member structured to locate and support the outer edge of the index finger of the practitioner when grasping the instrument. The instrument allows treatment pressure to come from the practitioner's hand thereby relieving pressure on the thumb during a treatment process.
Massage tool case
An instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) system includes a substantially flat massage tool, such as an instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) tool, and a case to hold the substantially flat massage tool in either a storage position or a display position. The case includes a structure with a top surface and the top surface has a recess shaped to receive and situate the first substantially flat tool in a horizontal position relative to the top surface. The structure also includes a slot shaped to receive and situate the substantially flat tool in an angled position extending away from the top surface. If the substantially flat massage tool is placed horizontally into the recess, the IASTM system is in the storage position. If the substantially flat massage tool is placed vertically into the slot, the IASTM system is in the display position.
AURICULAR PERIPHERAL NERVE FIELD STIMULATOR AND METHOD OF OPERATING SAME
An auricular peripheral nerve field stimulator includes an electrical stimulation device for generating electrical stimulation signals, at least one therapy electrode electrically coupled to the stimulation device and configured for percutaneous insertion into an auricle of a human ear near at least one neurovascular bundle, a processor, and a memory with software executable by the processor to (i) control the stimulation device to generate and deliver to the inserted at least one therapy electrode the stimulation signals at a selected frequency with one of a positive and a negative pulse relative to a reference to stimulate at least one auricular peripheral nerve field within the auricle, (ii) continually repeat (i) for a first duration, (iii) following expiration of the first duration, control the stimulation device to generate no stimulation signals for a second duration, and (iv) repeat (i) through (iii) with the stimulation signals having a modulated frequency.
