Artificially-lighted waterfall fixture apparatus and artificial light-focusing module
An artificially-lighted waterfall fixture apparatus includes a fixture housing having a lower housing part and an upper housing part overlying and fitted with the lower housing part so as to define a water-distributing channel and a passageway extending forwardly from and in communication with the water-distributing channel to receive a flow of water therefrom and produce an artificial waterfall flowing from an outlet of the passageway. The apparatus also includes an elongated baffle disposed in the fixture housing along a top portion of the water-distributing channel to receive and convert the flow of water to a laminar flow through the passageway, and an artificial light-focusing module supported centrally in the fixture housing proximate the water-distributing channel and aligned with the passageway so as to generate a beam of light through the passageway that produces a predetermined configuration of light in the laminar flow of water.
SHOWERHEAD INCLUDING SPRAY NOZZLE AND DEFLECTOR
A showerhead includes a water outlet and a deflector in axial spaced relation to the water outlet. Water discharged from the water outlet is configured to extend axially through a vertical opening and impact the deflector to form a sheet-like water layer.
Ornamental Liquid Display
An ornamental liquid display utilizing a silicone oil as the circulating fluid. A circulator moves the fluid such that it interacts with an effect surface, creating sensory interest. The fluid may be supplemented with various dyes, fragrances, and particles, and the implementation of the display may create visual and/or auditory interests by the motion of the fluid. The display may additionally use a purifier or filter to remove outside contaminants from the fluid.
Water delivery device
A water delivery device is described which includes an outlet pipe through which water is ejected to provide a water display. A disk is positioned relative to the outlet pipe. The relative positions of the disk and outlet pipe are moved so that the disk is located within the outlet pipe or above it to alter the appearance of the water leaving the outlet pipe. As the relative position of the disk and outlet pipe varies, a sequence of water expressions is provided.
Method and device providing cinematographic light effects in a laminar or low-turbulent liquid flow jet
The present invention refers to a method for providing a liquid display displaying a selectable pattern (20-29, 45-48, 58-62) wherein a) either light rays (8, 79) emitted by a first emitter are characterized by at least one light parameter, with the light parameter being defined by a first light parameter defining the light rays (8, 79) as such, like the frequency and/or amplitude of the light, and/or by a second light parameter defining the emission of the light rays (8, 79), like the location, repetition rate, width and/or form of emission pulses of the light rays (8, 79), and light deflecting means (17-19, 39-43, 60-62, 82) emitted by a second emitter depend on the light parameter such that the emitted light deflecting means (17-19, 39-43, 60-62, 82) are tuned to the emitted light rays (8, 79) to create cinematographic light effects, b) or the light deflecting means (17-19, 39-43, 60-62, 82) emitted by the second emitter are characterized by at least one deflecting parameter, with the deflecting parameter being defined by a first deflecting parameter defining the characteristics of the deflecting means (17-19, 39-43, 60-62, 82) as such, like the material size, geometry, weight, amount, density, velocity, acceleration and/or kind of gas or solid material, and/or by a second deflecting parameter defining the emission of the deflecting means (17-19, 39-43, 60-62, 82), like the location, repetition rate, width and/or form of emission pulses of the light deflecting means (17-19, 39-43, 60-62), and the light rays (8, 79) emitter by the first emitter depending on the deflecting parameter such that the emitted light rays (8, 79) are tuned to the emitted light deflecting means (17-19, 39-43, 60-62) to create cinematographic light effects.
