Pixelated water display and design tools therefor
12508614 · 2025-12-30 · ·

A water display including a number of pixels or manifolds that may include water nozzles to emit streams of water and/or other utilities such as lighting is described. The water streams may be pixelated so as to provide a high resolution waveform or other choreography. The choreography transitions between waveforms to provide the appearance of a cascading or undulating wave. A tool to design the water display and simulate its appearance is also described.

Water jet kit for recreational purposes

A water jet kit for recreational purposes, including: a water collection tank having a trough in an upper portion including at least a first opening in communication with a lower tank to collect water flowing into the trough, a water outlet tank above the collection tank, including water outlet nozzles and at least one opening in a lower face of the outlet tank, oriented towards the collection tank, water exiting the nozzles forming a curtain of water, a supply column for the outlet tank, of rigid and translucent material, having a first end fitting into a second opening of the collection tank and a second end fitting into the opening of the outlet tank, the supply column enabling the outlet tank to be held above the collection tank, a pump for sucking water collected in the tank and injecting it into the supply column to replenish the outlet tank.

Apparatus for producing reconfigurable walls of water

There is disclosed an apparatus for producing a water maze from walls of falling water droplets. The apparatus may comprise a plurality of tubular spray bars each perforated with a water inlet for receiving pressurized water. A series of output holes may extend along a length of each spray bar through which the received water is discharged to produce the droplets. A plurality of connectors may be configured to join two or more of the spray bars at one or more vertices in an array producing the water maze. A flow regulator may be disposed between the water inlet and the series of outlet holes for resistively spreading the inlet water evenly across the length of the spray bar prior to the discharging. A 3D printing of the connectors may facilitate a wide variety of horizontal angles required between spray bars joining at the vertices in one-of-a-kind maze designs.
