The applied pressure can be employed to relieve the patient of menstrual discomfort by identifying the tender spot by applying light pressure to a menstrual discomfort controlling pressure region. The identified tender spots are considered the menstrual discomfort controlling pressure points. The plurality of styluses applies a distributed pressure to the region to ensure the tender spots are sufficiently addressed, thus relieving the patient of the discomfort.
