Automated drywall planning system and method
An automated drywalling system network that including one or more automated drywalling systems that each has a robotic arm. The automated drywalling system network can also include a computational planner that generates instructions for the one or more automated drywalling systems to perform two or more drywalling tasks associated with a target wall assembly. The two or more drywalling tasks can include a hanging task that includes hanging pieces of drywall on studs of the target wall assembly; a mudding task that includes applying joint compound to pieces of drywall hung on studs of the target wall assembly; a sanding task that includes sanding joint compound applied to the pieces of drywall hung on studs of the target wall assembly; and a painting task that includes painting sanded the joint compound applied to the pieces of drywall hung on studs of the target wall assembly.
Surface treating apparatus
To provide surface treatment that can reduce occurrence of defects caused by incorporation of dust. Rollers 40 are rotatably fixed to rotating shafts 72 provided to protrude from lateral protective walls 49. The lateral protective walls 49 are fixed perpendicularly to lower protective walls 47 fixed to outer walls 39. Hanging plates 64 of a hanger 50 extend through a space 43 between both lower protective walls 47 and support clips 52. A liquid 41, such as water, is filled in spaces defined by the lateral protective walls 49, the lower protective walls 47, and the outer walls 39. The liquid 41 is filled to cover about half of each rotating shaft 72. Thus, fine dust generated by a transferring mechanism is captured by the liquid 41 and prevented from drifting from the space 34 toward the substrate 54.
Battery paste hopper and tooling
A battery paste application tooling assembly includes a hopper, a connector assembly, and a clamp assembly. The battery paste application tooling assembly can be equipped in a pasting machine. The hopper receives battery paste material. The hopper has an orifice plate with an orifice therein. The connector assembly is engageable with the orifice plate and disengageable therefrom. The clamp assembly is movable between a first position and a second position. In the first position, the clamp assembly releasable secures the orifice plate to the hopper. In the second position, the clamp assembly permits removal of the orifice plate from the hopper.
CHEMICAL LIQUID APPLICATION APPARATUS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE
A chemical liquid application apparatus of an embodiment is a chemical liquid application apparatus that applies a chemical liquid to a substrate and removes the chemical liquid on an edge of the substrate by a predetermined width in a state where the substrate is being rotated by a spinner. The chemical liquid application apparatus includes a detection unit that detects a position of a mark on the substrate, a transfer unit that transfers the substrate onto the spinner, and a control unit that calculates a center position of a shot map from the position of the mark and controls the transfer unit to cause the center position of the shot map to coincide with a rotating center of the spinner when the transfer unit transfers the substrate onto the spinner.
Adhesive coating device
An adhesive coating device includes two adhesive barrels, lower ends of the two adhesive barrels are both connected to an adhesive coating assembly. The adhesive coating assembly includes an upper substrate having two mounting holes, lower ports of the two adhesive barrels passing through the two mounting holes respectively; a lower substrate detachably mounted at a lower side of the upper substrate. An adhesive receiving space is formed between the upper substrate and the lower substrate, and an adhesive coating track is provided on the lower substrate at a position corresponding to the adhesive receiving space, the adhesive coating track is a slit extending through an upper side and a lower side of the lower substrate, and the shape and size of the adhesive coating track match with the shape and size of an adhesive coating track required by a product to be coated with adhesive.
Adhesive application apparatus for tiles
An apparatus for applying adhesive to a tile comprises a container for receiving the adhesive to be applied to the tile. The container defines a downwardly-opening orifice through which the adhesive is enabled to pass out of the container. The apparatus further features a substantially horizontally extending track coupled below the container and adapted for supporting the tile in sliding movement underneath the orifice from an inlet side of the orifice and past the orifice to an outlet side thereof so that the adhesive received in the container passes out of the orifice and onto the tile.
Systems and Methods for Manufacturing Waveguide Cells
Systems for the manufacturing of waveguide cells in accordance with various embodiments can be configured and implemented in many different ways. In many embodiments, various deposition mechanisms are used to deposit layer(s) of optical recording material onto a transparent substrate. A second transparent substrate can be provided, and the three layers can be laminated to form a waveguide cell. Suitable optical recording material can vary widely depending on the given application. In some embodiments, the optical recording material deposited has a similar composition throughout the layer. In a number of embodiments, the optical recording material spatially varies in composition, allowing for the formation of optical elements with varying characteristics. Regardless of the composition of the optical recording material, any method of placing or depositing the optical recording material onto a substrate can be utilized.
