SUBSTRATE TREATING APPARATUS
A substrate treating apparatus includes a plurality of solution treating units for performing solution treatment of substrates, and a plurality of individual gas supply devices provided to correspond individually to the solution treating units, each for supplying gas at a variable rate only to one of the solution treating units. The solution treating units perform the solution treatment by supplying treating solutions to the substrates. The individual gas supply devices supply gas only to the solution treating units corresponding thereto. The individual gas supply devices supply the gas at adjustable rates to the solution treating units. The rate of gas supply to the solution treating units can therefore be varied for each solution treating unit.
LINER AND ROTARY TANK ASSEMBLY THEREFOR
A rotary tank assembly is provided for a liner. The liner is structured to apply a compound to a plurality of container closures. The rotary tank assembly includes a compound tank, a fill tube structured to fill the tank with a volume of said compound to a desired level, a sensor assembly adapted to measure the level of said compound within the compound tank, and a rotary union assembly structured to pivotally couple the fill tube and the sensor assembly to the compound tank. The sensor assembly only requires one single probe.
SUBSTRATE TREATING APPARATUS
Disclosed is a substrate treating apparatus in which a first treating unit is located rightward of a transportation space. The first treating unit includes a first holder. A second treating unit is located leftward of the transportation space. The second treating unit includes a second holder. The first holder has a center point positioned more rearward than a middle point of the first treating unit in plan view. The second holder has a center point positioned more forward than a middle point of the second treating unit in plan view. The second treating unit has a front end located more rearward than a front end of the first treating unit and more forward than a rear end of the first treating unit. The first liquid reservoir is located leftward of the transportation space and adjacent to and in front of the second treating unit.
Die bonder incorporating rotatable adhesive dispenser head
An adhesive dispenser for a die bonding apparatus has an adhesive dispenser head configured to dispense adhesive onto bonding pads of a substrate, and a head conveyer configured to convey the adhesive dispenser head along orthogonal first and second axes for dispensing the adhesive onto target dispensing positions on the bonding pads. The head conveyor includes a first linear positioning motor operative to convey the adhesive dispenser head along the first axis and a rotary positioning motor coupled to the first linear positioning motor which is operative to rotate the adhesive dispenser head. The rotary positioning motor is configured to cooperate with the first linear positioning motor to convey the adhesive dispenser head along the second axis to the target dispensing positions.
Pipeline sprayer and method
Provided is an apparatus for coating a girth weld and a cutback region surrounding said girth weld, said apparatus having lateral travel at least equal to the length of the cutback region and circumferential rotational travel around the pipe. The apparatus can provide a multiple component coating accurately and safely, without the need for solvent flushing of the apparatus.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR LOAD-LOCKED PRINTING
The disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for preventing oxidation or contamination during a circuit printing operation. The circuit printing operation can be directed to OLED-type printing. In an exemplary embodiment, the printing process is conducted at a load-locked printer housing having one or more of chambers. Each chamber is partitioned from the other chambers by physical gates or fluidic curtains. A controller coordinates transportation of a substrate through the system and purges the system by timely opening appropriate gates. The controller may also control the printing operation by energizing the print-head at a time when the substrate is positioned substantially thereunder.
FLUID-DISPENSING APPARATUS
A dispensing apparatus for the dispensation of a fluid onto a surface, the dispensing apparatus has a nozzle including a main body and a tube holder made of a deformable material installed on the main body. A dispensing tube having a first end from which the fluid is discharged onto the surface and a second end that is immersed in the fluid in use extends through the tube holder, such that the first and second ends are arranged to protrude from opposite ends of the tube holder. The nozzle is configured to be detachably coupled to a syringe-nozzle adaptor having a tubular body by interference fit between the tube holder and the tubular body of the syringe-nozzle adaptor. The syringe-nozzle adaptor is further attachable to a syringe for storing the fluid.
Liquid dispensing nozzle and substrate treating apparatus
The inventive concept relates to a liquid dispensing nozzle and an apparatus for treating a substrate. The liquid dispensing nozzle includes a first fluid channel that is formed in the nozzle and through which a processing liquid flows and a second fluid channel in communication with the first fluid channel, the second fluid channel being connected to a dispensing end of the nozzle. The second fluid channel has a larger width than the first fluid channel, and a central axis of the first fluid channel and a central axis of the second fluid channel are connected with each other in a straight line.
APPLICATION NEEDLE MEMBER, APPLICATION NEEDLE MEMBER ASSEMBLY, APPLICATION MEMBER, AND APPLICATION APPARATUS
An application needle member capable of eliminating contamination while suppressing reduction in working efficiency is an application needle member capable of applying a liquid material to an object. The application needle member comprises an application needle and an application needle insertion material. The application needle includes a tip facing the object and a bottom opposite to the tip. The application needle insertion material is attached to the bottom of the application needle. The application needle insertion material is configured to be detachably attachable to a fixing member.
Fastener-coating tools
Fastener-coating tools comprise a non-permeable body and a permeable body that laps over at least a portion of an outer surface of the non-permeable body, laps over all of a terminal surface of the non-permeable body, laps over at least a portion of an inner surface of the non-permeable body, spans an internal cavity of the non-permeable body, and defines a fastener cavity that is sized and shaped to receive a portion of a fastener assembly to be coated.
