OVEN DRYING APPARATUS AND COATING DEVICE
The present application provides an oven drying apparatus and a coating device. The oven drying apparatus comprises an oven drying chamber and a heating assembly. The oven drying chamber is equipped with a first oven drying side having a plurality of first air inlet portions for fluid medium to enter the oven drying chamber. The heating assembly is disposed on the first oven drying side. The first oven drying side is further provided with at least one air return portion provided between two adjacent first air inlet portions, and the air return portion being configured for fluid medium in the oven drying chamber to be discharged from the oven drying chamber. The arrangement of an air return portion between two first air inlet portions can discharge fluid medium between the two first air inlet portions and take away the heat, thus avoiding accumulation of heat between the two first air inlet portions.
Preform coating device and preform coating method
The present invention provides a preform coating device (5) provided with: a rotating and holding part (9) that holds a preform (1) in a horizontal direction, and rotates the preform (1) about an axis (A) of the preform (1); and a dispenser (6) that has a slot (62) and discharges a coating liquid in a plane form from the slot (62) to the preform (1), wherein the discharge direction of the coating liquid is the direction of the normal to an outer peripheral surface of the preform (1).

Drying facility for painting
A dehumidification forward passage is provided for guiding air withdrawn from a treating chamber as dehumidification-subject air A″ to an adsorption area of an adsorption/desorption type dehumidifying device. A dehumidification return passage is provided for guiding air A″ past through the adsorption area to the treating chamber. A desorption heat pump is provided for heating desorbing air HA to be flown through a desorption area of adsorption/desorption type dehumidifying device, with utilizing, as a heat sink, dehumidified air A″ which has flown through the adsorption area and sent to the dehumidification return passage. There is provided a sensible-heat heat exchanger configured to cool the dehumidification-subject air A″ present in the dehumidification forward passage through a heat exchange reaction with dehumidified air A″ present in the dehumidification return passage which has been cooled via absorption of its heat by the desorption heat pump.

METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PLATING A RECESS IN A SUBSTRATE
The teaching relates to a method for plating a recess in a substrate, a device for plating a recess in a substrate and a system for plating a recess in a substrate comprising the device. The method for plating a recess in a substrate includes the following:
a) Providing a substrate with a substrate surface comprising at least one recess,
b) applying a replacement gas to the recess to replace an amount of ambient gas in the recess to at least partially clear the recess from the ambient gas,
c) applying a processing fluid to the recess, wherein the replacement gas dissolves in the processing fluid to at least partially clear the recess from the replacement gas, and
d) plating the recess.

Paint drying device
A paint drying device where leakage of air between a drying chamber and a driving section accommodating chamber is prevented reliably. In the paint drying device in which the drying chamber and the driving section accommodating chamber communicate with each other via a through hole through which a power transmission tool extends, there are provided an air feeding passage for feeding air present outside the drying chamber to the driving section accommodating chamber by an air feeding fan and an exhaust passage for discharging air in the driving section accommodating chamber to the outside of the drying chamber by an exhaust fan. An air amount adjustment device is provided for adjusting a ratio between an amount of air to be fed to the driving section accommodating chamber via the air feeding passage and an amount of air to be discharged from the driving section accommodating chamber via the exhaust passage.
Device for lacquer transfer
A device for a lacquer transfer is disclosed having a transfer roller, the transfer roller includes a cylindrical support body, a first ring element, a second ring element, and a tire, wherein the tire comprises a middle section forming a circumferential outer contact surface with several depressions. The transfer roller is configured to roll with the outer contact surface on a work surface of a workpiece for transferring lacquer from the outer contact surface and from the depressions to the work surface of the workpiece. The tire includes two annular end sections, which are attached to the support body resulting in two axially separated and circumferentially extending connections. The tire, the connections, and the outer shell of the support body are fluid-tight and arranged such that a fluid-tight main cavity is formed between the tire and the support body. The first and second ring elements are arranged in the main cavity and seated on the support body at a predefined distance in an axial direction (A) of the transfer roller from one another.
