The embodiments disclose an apparatus including a dispenser having an elongated compartment configured to contain a liquid solution, a liquid solution contained in the elongated compartment configured to suspend solid nanoparticles in an evaporative liquid, a dispenser handle configured to twist to push a predetermined amount of the liquid solution from the elongated compartment out of an open tip orifice, and at least one applicator tip insertable into the tip orifice configured to receive from the elongated compartment the predetermined amount of the liquid solution to spread over a user's mobile device glass screen.

METHOD OF COATING A CONDUCTIVE ADHESIVE ON AN ARRAY SUBSTRATE, A COATING ADHESIVE DEVICE, AND A COATING ADHESIVE SYSTEM
20180355222 · 2018-12-13 ·

The present application provides a method of coating a conductive adhesive on an array substrate, a coating adhesive device, and a coating adhesive system. The coating adhesive device includes: a driver device; a container carrying a flowable conductive adhesive, including a lateral wall, an inlet on the lateral wall, a bottom, and an outlet on the bottom; and a firing pin disposed inside the container, reciprocating between a first position and a second position, wherein the outlet is clogged by the firing pin when the firing pin is at the first position, and the firing pin leaves the outlet and the flowable conductive adhesive flows out when the firing pin is at the second position.

PARTICLE IMPREGNATING DEVICE

The particle impregnating device includes a placing body for placing a nonwoven fabric having a surface on which particles are sprayed; a vibrating member which is provided above the placing body and extends in the width direction of the nonwoven fabric placed on the placing body; a vibrator which applies ultrasonic vibration to the vibrating member; a lifting mechanism which lifts up and down the vibrating member; and a moving mechanism which relatively moves the nonwoven fabric and the vibrating member in a surface direction orthogonal to the width direction of the nonwoven fabric. When the nonwoven fabric and the vibrating member are relatively moved by the moving mechanism, the vibrating member is lowered by the lifting mechanism, so that the nonwoven fabric is pressed and compressed by the vibrating member and ultrasonic vibration is applied to the vibrating member by the vibrator.

COATING DEVICE AND METHOD OF PRODUCING COATED SHEET

A coating device according to an aspect of the present invention includes a travel module that causes a strip-shaped sheet to travel in a longitudinal direction, a coating module that coats a surface of the strip-shaped sheet with ink while the strip-shaped sheet travels, and a supply module that supplies the ink to the coating module. The coating module includes a slot-type coating head that is disposed above the strip-shaped sheet so as to span the strip-shaped sheet in a width direction. The slot-type coating head includes an ink storage part that widens toward the strip-shaped sheet in cross-sectional view and an ink supply path that communicates with an upper part of the ink storage part.

Floor covering with universal backing and methods of making and recycling

A dimensionally stable universal floor covering includes a tufted textile having stitches and a reinforcement layer operatively connected to the stitches to provide dimensional stability for the entire floor covering. The reinforcement layer is made of fibers and adhesive that are formed into a reinforcement layer of laminated fibers that is operatively connected to the stitches and/or the fibers and adhesive are formed into a layer of fibers and adhesive that is contained within the stitches. The fibers and adhesive are mixed and then moved by an applicator toward the stitches. A curved slip path is formed on a curved portion of the applicator to improve the movement of the fibers and adhesive toward the stitches. A removable tip portion on the end of the curved portion of the applicator improves the penetration of the adhesive and provides compression of the fibers towards the ends of the stitches. A releasable adhesive cover system is provided to cover the layer of fibers for providing additional strength and stability and for providing a releasable attachment of the universal floor covering to a supporting surface.
