The housing has application areas including a convex top surface, a concave bottom surface, a convex rear surface, convex side surfaces and rounded protrusions extending away from the housing. A vibrational source is located in the housing to produce vibration at the application areas. A switch is in operative communication with the vibrational source to control operation of the vibrational source.

The counter-balancing gyroscopic walker is adapted for use with a patient. The counter-balancing gyroscopic walker is a mobility assistance device used by the patient. The counter-balancing gyroscopic walker forms a cart used by the patient for walking. The counter-balancing gyroscopic walker incorporates a housing structure, a plurality of inertial structures, and a control circuit. The plurality of inertial structures and the control circuit install in the housing structure. The housing structure is a physical supporting structure that that assists the mobility of the patient. The control circuit provides controls the operation of the plurality of inertial structures. The control circuit provides electrical energy required for the operation of the plurality of inertial structures. The plurality of inertial structures forms a gyroscopic system that tends to resists tilt of the counter-balancing gyroscopic walker from a set position relative to the force of gravity.

An apparatus for massage of a user in a reclined position, including a housing structure having a base portion with a user support surface for supporting the user in a reclined position, and a top cover portion that extends the full length of the base portion so that the user being disposed or the user support surface is disposed between the base portion and the top cover portion, a massage assembly disposed adjacent the user support surface, and a video display disposed on an inner surface of the top cover portion so that the video display is visible to the user disposed on the user support surface.

An illustrative method of treating cardiovascular disease in a patient may include 1) generating, by an implantable stimulator, stimulation sessions, wherein the implantable stimulator comprises a central electrode of a first polarity centrally located on a first surface of a housing of the implantable stimulator and an annular electrode of a second polarity and that is spaced apart from the central electrode; and 2) applying, by the implantable stimulator, the stimulation sessions by way of the central electrode and the annular electrode to a location, within the patient, that is associated with the cardiovascular disease.

The present disclosure relates to devices and systems related to a modular leg component for a mobility walker. Namely, a device including a leg component that includes a first surface and a second surface is described. The first surface and the second surface may be constructed from materials with a different hardness from one another. The surfaces are configured to be movable relative one another. For example, at least one of the first surface or the second surface is rotatable about an axis such that in a first configuration the first surface is arranged to contact a ground surface and in a second configuration the second surface is arranged to contact the ground surface.

The device has a compression belt and a belt tensioning mechanism, both located on or in the device such that the head, neck, thorax and abdomen of the patient may be place within the imaging field with the compression belt installed about the patient and the belt tensioning mechanism will be located outside of the imaging field.

A flower-shaped massager having a transparent housing includes an upper housing, a lower housing, a main frame and a silicone cover. The main frame is connected to the upper housing and the lower housing. The silicone cover is sleeved on an outside of the upper housing and an outside of the lower housing. An upper end of the silicone cover has a silicone suction opening arranged on the main frame and set inside the upper housing. The main frame is provided with a drive motor, a transmission component, an eccentric wheel, a simulated tongue and a battery. A hand-held massage device includes a housing, a first turning plate, a second turning plate, an output rod, and a driving assembly. The housing includes an opening. The first turning plate is accommodated in the housing. The first turning plate has a concave-convex surface. The second turning plate is disposed between the opening and the first turning plate. The output rod is inserted in the second turning plate and rotated with the second turning plate. One end of the output rod is inserted to the opening and another end is abutted to the concave-convex surface. The driving assembly is connected to the first turning plate and the second turning plate. The driving assembly drives the first turning plate to rotate, drives the second turning plate to rotate or simultaneously drives the first turning plate and the second turning plate to rotate.

A device and method for preventing the spread of a communicable disease during a close proximity services session is provided. The method includes assembling a device to a face cradle of a massage table prior to the close proximity services session, wherein the device captures one or more respiratory droplets excreted by a client during the close proximity services session. The device includes a closed sidewall, an open sidewall, a top portion mechanically connected to the closed and to the open sidewall, wherein the top portion includes a securing means for securing the top portion to the face cradle and a bottom portion mechanically connected to the closed sidewall.
