The present invention relates to a pulsation damping system for a paint spray device for spraying paint including a pulsation damper for damping the pulsation of a paint stream, wherein the pulsation damper includes a housing, a chamber, a chamber inlet, a chamber outlet and a damping means. In this connection, an opening of the chamber outlet comprises a cross sectional area which is smaller than a cross sectional area of an opening of the chamber inlet, and as a result forms a throttle.

A liquid dispensing apparatus (1) includes a liquid contact member (2) that has measuring bores (11, 11). A first piston (3) slides in the first measuring bore (11) and a second piston (3) sliding in the second measuring bore (11). A supply channel (5) communicates with a storage unit (17). An ejection channel (6) communicates with a nozzle (18). A switching valve (4) is disposed in a space in the liquid contact member (2), and that has a first position and a second position. A valve driving mechanism (8) operates the switching valve (4). A piston driving mechanism (9) operates an arm (19) connected to the first and second pistons. The first and second measuring bores are arranged to oppose to each other on both sides of the switching valve (4), and the supply channel (5) and the ejection channel (6) are arranged adjacent to the switching valve.

A painting method and a painting apparatus for a band material that prevent a printing defect during a long-time operation by preventing agglomeration and adhesion of a thixotropic paint in a paint pan is disclosed. The liquid paint is discharged to the paint pan as a jet flow from a level lower than a liquid surface of a paint basin toward a bottom of the paint pan, thereby creating a bottom flow along the bottom of the paint pan and an upward vortex from the bottom along a side wall of the paint pan. The liquid paint overflows in an amount corresponding to a supplied amount to the paint pan from a front upper edge of the paint pan in a flowing direction of the bottom flow, thereby flowing the liquid paint continuously in the paint pan toward the front upper edge.

The present invention includes a pressure-feed pump 100 capable of pressure-feeding a viscous material, a leveling part 200 that levels a flow rate of the viscous material delivered by the pressure-feed pump, a dispenser 300 that delivers the viscous material leveled by the leveling part, and includes a structure of a rotary volumetric single-shaft eccentric screw pump, and an applying valve 400 that applies the viscous material delivered from the dispenser in a planar form.

A fluid discharging system 10 includes a discharging device 30 configured to discharge fluid, a pump 20 configured to supply the fluid stored in a reservoir 22 to the discharging device 30, a supply line 40 connecting the discharging device 30 with the pump 20 to allow the fluid to pass therethrough, and a buffer tank 50, disposed at an intermediate location of the supply line 40, and configured to suck and discharge the fluid. The fluid discharging system 10 is capable of continuing supply of the fluid to the discharging device 30 by discharging the fluid from the buffer tank 50 to the supply line 40, while limiting the supply of the fluid from the pump 20 to the discharging device 30. The buffer tank 50 is capable of realizing a pressure acting state and a holding state.

A liquid trap tank and a liquid supply unit for the liquid trap tank are provided. The liquid trap tank includes a tank body which has an accommodating space formed therein to accommodate a liquid and has an inlet portion formed on one side and an outlet portion formed on an opposite side; and a liquid supply unit coupled to the inlet of the tank body to supply the liquid from the outside of the tank body to the accommodating space, wherein the liquid supply unit comprises an inlet pipe portion coupled to the inlet portion to introduce the liquid into the accommodating space and a flow directing portion connected to the inlet pipe portion and configured to induce a flow of the liquid to suppress generation of air bubbles due to a drop of the liquid passing through the inlet pipe portion.

In one embodiment, a substrate treatment apparatus includes a mixer configured to mix a first liquid including a metal element and a second liquid being basicity to generate a third liquid including the metal element and being basicity. The apparatus further includes a supplier configured to supply the third liquid to a substrate. The apparatus further includes a first flow path configured to convey the third liquid from the mixer to the supplier not through a filter that removes particles from the third liquid.
