HANDPIECE OF SKIN CARE DEVICE
The objective of the present invention is to provide a handpiece of a skin care device that injects a solution into skin using a tip module making contact with the skin and simultaneously absorbs ambient air and a substance, such as waste products exiting from the skin, etc., thereby achieving an effect of cleaning or improving the skin using the solution without a needle causing pain, a scar, etc. In addition, the objective of the present invention is to provide a handpiece of a skin care device that rotates a tip module making contact with a skin and allows a solution to be stably injected through the rotating tip module in order to more effectively inject the solution into the skin and further increase a skin improvement effect.
Suck-back type coating gun unit
A suck-back type coating gun unit characterized in that a needle, which is formed into a single body with a movable valve body of a valve mechanism, is provided, and a cam-type valve driving mechanism, which includes a cam that is at its cam surface in contact with the tip end of the needle, is provided. In this suck-back type coating gun unit, a cam-type valve driving mechanism that makes stroke motions is configured in which the rotational operation of the cam body is converted into a stroke operation to make a valve ON and OFF operation of the hot melt coating gun unit, so that the ON operation is made by the ridge portion of the cam body and the OFF operation is made by the valley portion of the cam body.
Sealant or adhesive dispensing system
A dispensing nozzle assembly for dispensing a flowable liquid through a nozzle, incorporating a rotating tube assembly. The dispensing nozzle assembly includes a nozzle coupling for supplying the flowable liquid, and a cylindrical nozzle tube having an inlet end connected to the nozzle coupling, and an outlet end attached to a dispensing nozzle. A union housing is secured to the nozzle coupling, and has a top opening through which the nozzle coupling extends, and an interior space that accepts and surrounds the nozzle coupling. The rotating tube assembly also includes a rotatable, cylindrical outer tube that surrounds the nozzle tube, which has an inlet end that extends into union housing, and an outlet end that extends proximate the outlet end of the nozzle tube. The inlet end of the rotatable outer tube that extends into union housing and is secured rotatably by a pair of spaced-apart, axially-aligned shaft bearings.
HAND-HELD ADHESIVE DELIVER APPARATUS
An adhesive deliver apparatus includes: a separable holder having a flexible press region thereon and comprising an interior receiving chamber for placing the adhesive tube; a support tube having a substantially elongated shape and comprising a proximal end and a distal end; a connector connected with the proximal end of the support tube and arranged to operably connect with a nozzle of the adhesive tube; and an inner tube positioned within the support tube and comprising an inlet end connected with the connector and an outlet end approximating to the distal end of the support tube; wherein when the press region is pressed to cause an interior surface of the press region to press the adhesive tube, the adhesive fluid will be squeezed out from the adhesive tube and transmitted through the inner tube from the inlet end to the outlet end.
HAND-HELD ADHESIVE DELIVER APPARATUS
An adhesive deliver apparatus includes: a holder; an adhesive tube, containing an adhesive fluid and positioned inside the holder, wherein the adhesive tube comprises a nozzle and a nozzle seal formed on the nozzle; a support tube comprising a proximal end and a distal end; a connector, arranged to operably connect with the proximal end of the support tube; and an inner tube, positioned within the support tube and comprising an inlet end connected with the connector and an outlet end approximating to the distal end of the support tube. When the connector is inserted into the holder, a portion of the connector would break through the nozzle seal. When the holder is pressed, the adhesive fluid will be squeezed out from the adhesive tube and transmitted through the inner tube from the inlet end to the outlet end.
Fluid Dispensing System
A variety of dispensing manifolds which are removable connectable to a single deformable container having a single exit portion are disclosed. The dispensing manifolds of the present disclosure provide a single deformable container having a single exit with one or more outlets from which a fluid can be controllably dispensed. The present disclosure also provides a single force generation mechanism, a deformable container holding a fluid or substance, and dispensing mechanisms all on one machine, i.e., a carrier; a system that may also include a pressurized air source that assists a flow of a fluid; and a system that allows for a continuous flow a substance. The systems of the present disclosure provide a deformable container and a method of dispensing wherein, during dispensing, an actuation member is continuously free of contact with the fluid or substance within the container and the actuation member only contacts the exterior surface of the deformable container.
Material dispense tips and methods for forming the same
A dispense tip constructed and arranged to communicate with a material dispensing pump comprises an elongated neck and a molded base having a first portion and a second portion opposite the first portion. The neck extends from the first portion of the base. The second portion is constructed and arranged to abut an outlet surface of the pump. An outermost region of the second portion of the base includes a compressible fluid-tight surface that compliantly conforms to the outlet surface when the dispense tip is mounted to the pump.
SMOOTHENING PAD FOR AN APPLICATOR FOR SEALANTS
This invention relates to the construction of a smoothening pad for an applicator where, in order to make the smoothening pad more resistant to wear, a more rigid silicone is used for forming it and a bolster made of a softer polymer is provided in the front portion of the smoothening pad so as to make the front portion and the face of the smoothening pad more elastic, wherein the bolster is covered with a layer of a polymer that is more rigid than the material used for forming the body, or alternatively, a gap or chambers are formed in the front portion that in turn may be divided into sub-chambers by means of partitions. This way, the smoothening pad is provided with a face that has the required degree of elasticity but is more resistant to wear.
Light-curable sealant applicator
Methods, systems and apparatuses are disclosed for at least partially curing a light-curable material within a dispenser to obtain an at least partially-cured material and dispensing the at least partially-cured material to a substrate, while retaining substantially all of the light within the dispenser.
SEALANT APPLYING DEVICE
A sealant applying device for applying a sealant along a joint line formed on a panel joint, may include a nozzle device including a nozzle tip mounted through a fixing block to apply the sealant to the joint line, a guide unit mounted on one side of the fixing block adjacent to the nozzle tip and configured to be slidably movable along the joint line to guide the nozzle tip and a floating unit connected to the fixing block and a robot and allowing the fixing block to move upwards and downwards.
