TWO LIQUID TYPE CARTRIDGE SYRINGE HAVING IMPROVED EXHAUST STRUCTURE
Disclosed is a two liquid type cartridge syringe having an improved exhaust structure, and more particularly, a two liquid type cartridge syringe having an improved exhaust structure, in which an exhaust structure for discharging air remaining in a cartridge to the outside is improved, in order to ensure that the air remaining in the cartridge is completely exhausted in the process of assembling a piston with the cartridge, thereby preventing the remaining air from suppressing forward movement of the piston inside the cartridge.
Device for administering a fluid product
A device for administering a fluid product, such as an industrial or a medical compound. The device includes a reservoir (18) in which a plunger (15) is axially movable, and an axially movable rod (16) on which a ferromagnetic rod connector (12) is attached. The ferromagnetic rod connector (12) is adapted for sliding cooperation within the reservoir (18). And, a detachable mechanical connection is provided between the plunger (15) and the ferromagnetic rod connector (12). A ferromagnetic plunger connector (13) is attached to the plunger and a magnet (11), arranged for magnetic cooperation with the ferromagnetic connectors (12, 13), to provide a mechanical connection between the ferromagnetic connectors.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR IMPROVED DISPENSING CONTROL DURING PLACEMENT OF VISCOUS MATERIAL
A resiliently deformable member for use in an apparatus for dispensing a viscous material from a container, such as an apparatus consisting of a container for holding the viscous material and a dispensing gun. The resiliently deformable member has a relaxed state and a compressed state. In use, the resiliently deformable member applies a force between the container and the dispensing gun to modulate the flow of the material from the container.
Device for Applying Spackling Paste or Caulking Materials and Methods of Using the Same
Spackling or caulking devices using cartridges for applying spackling or caulking to one or more surfaces or objects and methods of using the same.
INJECTION MOLDING TOOL AND METHOD
A piston for use in a cartridge for dispensing multi-part fluids, the piston being injection molded and having integrally formed circumferential seals, wherein the piston is molded in the absence of a longitudinal parting line across the seals. A tool for forming a piston having a plurality of circumferential seals for use in a cartridge for dispensing multi-part fluids, the tool comprising a plurality of segments together defining a piston cavity corresponding to an outer periphery of the piston.
SELECTIVE METERED DOSE DISPENSING DEVICE
An improved dispensing device for application and dispensing of viscous liquid substances comprising of a storage reservoir, dosing mechanism with audible and tactile feedback, dispensing plunger, nozzle tip, and end of travel pressure release mechanism. The dosing and the dispensing are de-coupled, allowing a preselection of dosage volume and controlled dispensing. A pressure relief mechanism is incorporated to eliminate oozing of liquids after the termination of dispensing.
APPARATUSES AND METHODS USING HIGH PRESSURE DUAL CHECK VALVE
Apparatuses and methods related to a high pressure fluid processing device having a dual check valve setup that can be quickly and easily maintained with replacement parts are disclosed herein. In a general example embodiment, a high pressure processing device includes a body including a first surface having a first recess, a second surface having a second recess, and a third surface having a third recess, a first subassembly at least partially inserted into the first recess of the body, the first subassembly including a first check valve, a second subassembly at least partially inserted into the second recess of the body, the second subassembly including a second check valve, and a third subassembly at least partially inserted into the third recess of the body, the third subassembly coupling the body to a fluid driving mechanism, wherein the first subassembly, second subassembly and third subassembly are configured to be independently attachable to and detachable from from the first recess, second recess and third recess, respectively.
Grease Gun Cartridge Construction
A grease gun cylinder walled cartridge adapted for direct attachment to any of a variety of grease gun head constructions and grease pumping systems, wherein the cartridge wall can be of any color or completely clear and see through, wherein the grease column within the cartridge is pressured toward and through an inlet port in the gun head, which port opens on the suction stroke of a piston mounted in said cylinder into a loading portion of a cylinder of the grease pumping system, and wherein the grease column pressuring means is ambient air pressure.
ROOF COATING APPLICATOR METHOD OF USE
A disposable roof coating applicator that includes an application head, a body, and a plunger assembly. An adapter is removably attachable to the application head and the body has an interior space and is formed by at least one side wall having an exterior wall and an interior wall. The coating applicator also includes a plunger that is movably disposed within the interior space of the body. The disposable roof coating applicator is configured and otherwise designed to take in, store, and transport approximately ? to 2 gallons of viscous material to be applied neatly and uniformly onto a substantially vertical, substantially horizontal, or inclined surface.
Container for Storing and Dispensing at Least One Component and Method Therefor
The invention relates to a container (1) for storing and discharging at least one component with at least one chamber (4, 4a, 4b), which is sealed on a first side by a plug (9), and with one applicator (5) attached on the first side. A flow connection between the at least one chamber (4, 4a, 4b) and the side of the applicator (5) facing away from the at least one chamber (4, 4a, 4b) is opened by a relative rotational movement of the applicator (5) to the container (1) and a subsequent axial relative movement of the plug (9) to the container (1) and the applicator (5), in particular due to pressure of the at least one component on the plug (9). Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for storing and discharging at least one component.
