Sausage package dispensing nozzle system, device and method
A system for dispensing material contained in a collapsible package from a dispensing device. The system includes a piercing nozzle attachable to a dispensing end of the dispensing device, and a plunger attachable to a plunger rod of the dispensing device configured to compress the package against the piercing nozzle. The piercing nozzle includes a nozzle sidewall and a nozzle end wall defining an internal nozzle cavity configured to receive a first end of the package. One or more recessed members extend into the internal nozzle cavity in part from a recessed member. The piercing projection pierce the package when compressed thereagainst, allowing the material in the package to be dispensed through a nozzle opening. An internal nozzle rib can extend across a nozzle opening defined through the nozzle end wall.

Flowable material dispenser
A flowable material dispenser including a barrel defining a cylindrical interior volume for holding a flexible material bag containing a flowable material. A nozzle is attached to the first end of the barrel for discharging the flowable material through a nozzle hole; and a closure is disposed on the second end. A center nut disposed on the closure holds a threaded drive rod threadably and rotatably inserted in the center nut. The drive rod includes an inner end and an outer end. Drive structure for imparting rotational forces to the drive rod moves the drive rod reciprocally and axially within the cylindrical interior volume of the barrel to twist and wring out flowable material contained within the flexible material bag.
ASSEMBLY COMPRISING A FOIL PACK AND A DISPENSING DEVICE AND FOIL PACK
An assembly can be used for packaging chemical compounds. The assembly includes a foil pack for storage of a one-component or multicomponent compound, and a dispensing device for the foil pack. The foil pack has at least one elongated foil bag designed to be non-rigid, and one rigid head part having at least one fastening portion for one end of the foil bag and an outlet opening for discharge of the compound, where the dispensing device has at least one receptacle for pushing in the at least one film bag. The at least one elongated foil bag has, in a filled condition, the form of a truncated cone, the diameter of which narrows in the direction of a longitudinal axis, starting from the respective fastening portion.
Extensible Adhesive Dispensing Gun System
An extensible adhesive dispensing gun system. A syringe has a piston for urging an adhesive out of a nozzle, and a first mount at a back end of the syringe. A gun body contains a mechanism for advancing a plunger from a front end of the body in response to a trigger, and a second mount is disposed on the front end. An extension tube assembly includes an outer tube having near and far end adapters. A third mount on the near end adapter engages the second mount on the gun body, and a fourth mount on the far end adapter engages the first mount on the syringe. An inner rod member is arranged inside the outer tube. When the gun plunger is urged against a back end of the rod member, a leading end of the member forces the syringe piston to urge the adhesive out of the nozzle.
MATERIAL DISPENSING SYSTEM AND METHOD
The present technology is a material dispensing system for controllably dispensing material from a packaging such as a chub pack. The system can include a housing capable of receiving the packaging, at least one nozzle tip including at least one piercing projection capable of piercing the packaging, a piston rod, a motor, and a transmission assembly for converting torque from the motor to a translation output of the piston rod. A ring gear can be operably associated with a planetary gear of the transmission, with a lock block slidingly engageable with the ring gear to prevent it from rotating or to allow the ring gear to rotate freely. A trigger is utilized to control the motor and to operate the lock block.
CAULKING GUN
A caulking gun is provided, including a gun body; a carrier, rotatably assembled to the gun body, the carrier having a receiving room and a through opening which is communicated axially with the receiving room, the receiving room having an opening which is open radially outwardly, the receiving room being adapted for receiving a caulk cartridge; a first sleeve, disengageably attached to the carrier, at least part of the first sleeve overlapping the opening radially; a pushing rod, movably assembled to the gun body, and extending through the through opening and into the receiving room; wherein the first sleeve is disposed around an outer lateral side of the carrier, and the first sleeve is transversely across the opening side to side.
Caulking cannon
A caulking cannon having a motorized plunger-moving component configured to drive a plunger shaft along an axis that is substantially parallel to a caulking-cannon longitudinal axis; a cartridge-holding barrel component coupled to the motorized plunger-moving component; a handle coupled to the cartridge-holding barrel component; a caulk exit-port component coupled to the cartridge-holding barrel component; wherein the plunger shaft is configured to move in a first direction parallel to a caulking-cannon longitudinal axis and thereby enter into a volume of space within the cartridge-holding barrel component; wherein the cartridge-holding barrel component is configured to hold a caulk cartridge having a fluid-chamber volume of at least three-fourths of a gallon; wherein the motorized plunger-moving component has a hand grip; and wherein the caulk exit-port component is configured to channel caulk fluid flow from the caulk cartridge to an exit orifice.
Twist-action portion-control sauce dispenser
The invention relates to a twist-action, portion-control dispenser having a dispenser body, a grip ring attached to an exterior surface of the dispenser body, and a piston movably fitted within the dispenser body and coupled to the grip ring. The piston is configured to move incrementally downwards through the dispenser body when the grip ring is rotated relative to the dispenser body. A sauce pouch is contained within the dispenser body, in contact with the piston, such that sauce is dispensed from the dispenser as the piston is moved incrementally along the body.
