DUAL COMPONENT DISPENSING AND MIXING SYSTEMS FOR MARINE AND MILITARY PAINTS
A device for applying a mixed component, includes first and second receptacles, a static mixing nozzle, an applicator and an operating member. The first and second receptacles are to receive first and second components, respectively. The static mixing nozzle includes a plurality of mixing elements, has a first end and a second end, and is in fluid communication with the first and second receptacles. The applicator includes a spray tip and an input for pressurized fluid, the spray tip disposed downstream of the second end of the static mixing nozzle and in fluid communication with the static mixing nozzle. The operating member is configured to control the pressurized fluid.
Casing for receiving and fitting a cartridge on an ejection device, and ejection device
A casing for coaxially receiving and fitting a cartridge or a cartridge-like container on an ejection device for ejecting a viscous compound, wherein at least one shell portion of the casing is telescopic, and wherein the telescopic portion has at least two tubular portions which are arranged coaxially to one another in certain portions, and which are displaceable relative to one another in the axial direction. The tubular portions are inter-engaged via latching elements and can be locked relative to one another in different positions, and that the first tubular portion has a flange with a coupling element at a first end and can be releasably connected by the coupling element to the ejection device directly or via an intermediate piece, and that the first tubular portion has a sliding portion on which the second tubular portion is displaceable between a first locked position into a second locked position.

Component delivery system utilizing film bags
A cartridge for a medium to be dispensed is disclosed. The cartridge includes a head part having a dispensing outlet, and a film forming a cartridge wall. The film bounds a cartridge chamber for the medium to be dispensed, and extends at least partially in a longitudinal direction of the cartridge. The film has a front end that is connected to the head part. The is a multilayer film having at least two layers formed from different materials. The front end of the film is sealingly and non-releasably embedded in the head part of the cartridge, such that an end face of the front end of the film is covered by the head part. A method of manufacturing a cartridge having a head part using a mold is also disclosed.

FRONT-LOADING ADHESIVE AND SEALANT RETAINING AND DISPENSING SYSTEMS
Loading systems for adhesives and sealants are disclosed in which flexible sealant/adhesive-containing cartridges may be loaded through the front end of a retainer into a sleeve for dispensing, and then removed from the front end of the retainer when the cartridges are spent.
Clear sprayable sealant for aircraft parts and assemblies
Applicant discloses a two part polymer mix for use in the aircraft industry that is applied with pneumatic mix and spray gun. The two part cartridge is used in the mix and spray gun so the mix is applied immediately upon mixing, but the two components are kept separated unless the gun is applying the mix. The mix cures to form a clear sealant that allows for inspection of cracks and corrosion beneath the sealant. It cures quickly so that the coated part may be further processed, for example in the assembly line during aircraft build.
