Piston for a collapsible cartridge
A piston for a collapsible cartridge for dispensing a material, the piston includes a rigid portion and a flexible portion. The rigid portion has a first diameter, a first end and a second end. The first end is configured to be disposed in a material dispensing direction. The flexible portion has a second diameter less than the first diameter, a first end disposed in the material dispensing direction and a second end disposed in an opposite direction. The flexible portion is disposed on the first end of the rigid portion such that the second end of the flexible portion is disposed to face the first end of the rigid portion. The flexible portion is configured to radially expand and longitudinally compress upon a force applied to the first end of the flexible portion to compress the collapsible cartridge between the flexible portion and an interior surface of a support cartridge.

Apparatuses for dispensing flowable materials
An apparatus for dispensing a flowable material is disclosed. The apparatus comprises a rotary actuator, a reservoir, containing a hydraulic fluid, a piston, movable inside the reservoir, a linear actuator, coupled to the piston, a gear train, coupling the rotary actuator with the linear actuator, and a flowable-material dispenser, hydraulically coupled with the reservoir.
Pneumatic glue gun
The present invention relates to a pneumatic glue gun including tank components which contain a glue hose and an injector head; pressure generating units which contain a shell, an extruder, a slidable piston and a push/pull rod; and a drive component connected with the extruder. The tank components are fixed on the shell through a open end of the glue hose and faced the interior space of the shell. The drive component increases the atmospheric pressure between the extruder and the piston by driving the movement of the extruder in the shell, and the piston slides in the glue hose through the increased atmospheric pressure. The glue of the present invention does not need to be replaced, and the glue can be replenished at any time, so the work of replacing the tank is eliminated, and no waste of resources is caused.

FOIL CARTRIDGE, SUPPORT SLEEVE AND CARTRIDGE SYSTEM
A foil cartridge Tillable with a fluid, includes a film bag cartridge forming a cartridge sleeve, and a solid head part including at least one outlet opening to dispense the fluid out of the foil cartridge and an external thread to attach the foil cartridge to a support sleeve. The film bag cartridge is attached to the head part in an area of the external thread.
METHODS OF APPLYING A RAPID CURE SEALANT TO AN AIRCRAFT SURFACE
Applicant discloses a novel method of spray applying multiple courses of a rapid cure, two part polymer sealant to an aircraft surface. The method sometimes uses a two part polymer mix for use in the aircraft industry that is applied with pneumatic mix and spray gun. The two part cartridge is used in the mix and spray gun so the mix is applied immediately upon mixing, but the two components are kept separated unless the gun is applying the mix. The multiple courses cure to form a clear sealant that allows for inspection of cracks and corrosion beneath the sealant. It cures quickly so that the coated part may be further processed, for example in the assembly line during aircraft build. Applicant further discloses multiple spray gun systems for applying such a two-part polymer mix to aircraft parts.
MIXING AND DISPENSING CURABLE MULTI-COMPONENT MATERIALS
Methods, apparatus, devices and systems for mixing and dispensing multi-component materials. The mixing and dispensing may be performed using a mobile, enclosed dispenser that can be used to supply a mixed multi-component material at the point of use. In some embodiments, the components to be mixed into the multi-component material may be supplied in cartridges.
