Mixing and dispensing curable multi-component materials

Methods, apparatus, devices and systems for mixing and dispensing multi-component materials. The mixing and dispensing may be performed using a mobile, enclosed dispenser that can be used to supply a mixed multi-component material at the point of use. In some embodiments, the components to be mixed into the multi-component material may be supplied in cartridges.

For example, the puncturing rods are configured to puncture a sausage pack containing caulking material which is loaded into the barrel of the caulking device. A nozzle head lock ring is provided to lock the nozzle head in position to the barrel.

The flexible portion is configured to radially expand and longitudinally compress upon a force applied to the first end of the flexible portion to compress the collapsible cartridge between the flexible portion and an interior surface of a support cartridge.
